Where can it be stained by dust?

Bodhi originally has no tree.

The bright mirror also has no stand.

Fundamentally there is not a single thing.

Where could dust arise?

Search out Bodhi only in the mind.

Why toil outside in search of the profound?

Just as you hear these words, so practice;

Heaven then appears, right before your eyes1.
