Ilyin hesitated again, her mind struggling with the appropriateness of this act. It was not proper for a maid to touch her employer in such a way, especially in the office and at this time of day.

“Ilyin, you always seem so worried,” Aden murmured, his fingers trailing down the hem of her robe. The ribbon that had once held it together now lay undone, the fabric clinging to her damp skin.

“When you worry, does it not make you feel more stressed?” Aden’s fingertips found the knotted muscles at the base of her neck, pressing into them with a skillful touch. As he leaned in to kiss her shoulder, Ilyin could sense the pain etched into his expression.

“Blame the wretched one below who makes you worry so much,” Aden whispered in a voice that was low and gentle, almost as if he were a servant. But the kiss that followed was anything but that of a servant.

Aden’s lips found their way to the nape of Ilyin’s neck, settling on the round curve of her shoulder. His other hand slid beneath the soft fabric of her clothes, holding her steady. As his lips traveled lower, finding a spot just above her chest, Ilyin couldn’t help but let out a soft gasp.

“How about here?” Aden’s kiss left a deep impression, the sound of a light smack echoing through the room as Ilyin blushed furiously. His other hand gripped her hip firmly, his touch possessive and strong.

“Are your legs tired from inspecting the mansion every day?” Aden’s voice was low and soothing, his fingers tracing the sensitive skin on the inside of her thigh. For a moment, Ilyin thought she might collapse beneath the weight of his touch, but then his finger pulled away.
