Lu Jiao wasn't aware of Manager Li's thoughts and said to Manager Li cheerfully, “Your owner sure is an interesting person.”

Qi Lei bowed to Lu Jiao respectfully, “Master, you're here.”

She wasn't sure how much money they were talking about. Before, she planned to buy some land to farm medicinal herbs but she found out that her 5,000 taels of silver won't be able to get her much. Lu Jiao then started to count the stash of certificates. She did feel that other people's gaze was awkward at all.

Qi Lei did not expect to earn so much money so fast. He felt at loss and ended up pushing his 6,000 taels of silver toward Lu Jiao, “Master, you can have this.”

Since his master liked money, she can have it.

I would still suggest you buy at a central location though, specifically the City of Xian. Transportation is much more convenient. Plus, we plan on opening our three businesses there. You would be close to the businesses and it would be much more convenient.”

Lu Jiao agreed. Establishing the three businesses in the City of Xian would be much more convenient than doing it in a small town. The Qinghe District had more roads leading into it and even had access to water. Everything she planned on making with her manufacturer will eventually be shipped out to different places. Transportation was key.

Since they were going to build their businesses there, it made sense for her to buy land there as well.

Lu Jiao looked at Zhao Lingfeng and said, “Then please keep an eye out for me. I want to buy at least 150 acres of land first for herbs.”

The cosmeceutical store will be called Jiao's Cosmetics. As for the pharmacy, it will be named Mingren Pharmacy.
