I carefully stood up and nodded at the applauding cheering spectators, making sure that my face was devoid of any emotions as I slowly walked towards the stage.
I accepted the violin that was handed to me, then whispered for the accompaniment to play SAKURA by Ikimono-gakari violin version.
I closed my eyes, did not want to see the young boy sitting in front of me as I poured out my feelings into this one piece.
This piece of my love and goodbye.
The first note silenced the audience and afterwards, I lost myself, secretly pouring my thoughts into the music.
I'm dreaming the dream I have for us.
We went our separate ways and brought everything to
an end.
My future is in full bloom.
But it fills me with panics without you in it.

It was a while after I finished the music before I opened my eyes, and it automatically flew towards Lance.

His thin pinkish lips curved into a smile, just for me.
Right at this moment, I was so glad that I majored in music.
I'm glad that I was on this stage.
I would gladly do this all over again if it meant he would give me that smile once more.

ENCORE!
*whistle
Claps and cheers like thunder and storm resonated in the spacious garden while Mrs. Lee awestruck voice roared above the rest.
"Emery, give us another one!!"
I smiled at the kind woman's request.
"Another one!"
"Yes! Another!"
"More!"
The cheers flowed one after the other.
"Emery! Give us a slow tune!" Mrs. Lee said all dreamily as she dragged her husband at the center floor, motioning to dance.
The crowd followed with their respective partners.
My smile grew wider, until Jennifer dragged Lance by the arm towards the center floor.
For a moment, I just stood there. My eyes focused on the now awkward looking young boy whose eyes were trying to avoid mine while the pretty young Jennifer smugly smiled at me with face held high.
"Emery dear?"
Mrs. Lee's worried voice woke me up. I forced a smile on her way. Then pulled all my courage and asked the accompanist to play mixed Sally's Song and Corpse Bride violin version.
What I was feeling right now were exactly what those women felt.
