The ending

               A man was laying down on the crumbling roof of an abandoned fort waiting for the timing.

               The moment when a girl in robe came out.

               His line of sight was aimed at Jack Lieber.

               And at that exact moment the tensed bow was released.

               That figure on top of the roof.

               And right then – An arrow was shot at me.

               I wasn’t the only one that noticed.

               Both Phil and Raquel did too.

               I understood in an instant.

               In approximately 0.3 seconds.

               I will get hit by that arrow and die.

               That’s why—

               For them, it must have been an immediate reaction.

               To cover me.

               Both Phil and Raquel tried to shield me by rushing ahead of me.
