Inside the bathroom, attached to the meditation room, Gu Qing Luo casually lifted her fair hand and began to rub it slowly against her body, an action indescribable…alluring.

Although the lass wasn't old but she had matured very well, the places that should have been perky were perky, the places that should have been curvy were curvy; she possessed the proper assets on her body.

As this scene entered Su Chen's line of sight,, he was unable to stand straight.

If it were a lady with ample experience, she might have seen through the weird antics of Su Chen, but Gu Qing Luo was pure of mind and did not think too much of it. She asked instead, "Oh right, what have you done to offend Lin Xie, even to the point of life and death? Is the enmity between the Lin and Su Family that big?"

Gu Qing Luo's words shifted Su Chen's attention and greatly helped reduce the pressure that was on the lower region of his body.

He calmly replied, "You have misunderstood. Although there were some small conflicts between the families but it hadn't been to the extent where we now kill upon sight. The incident happened due to another reason…"

Su Chen started telling the whole story from how he had the thought of visiting Gu Qing Luo to the conversation he unexpectedly eavesdropped on.

While hearing Su Chen's story, Gu Qing Luo suddenly stood up. Within the rising water vapor, a pair of perky breasts leisurely shook, causing Su Chen, who saw it, to feel a wave of 'discomfort'. His neck once again felt a cramp.

Gu Qing Luo continued, "So what you mean to say, there is one more person who knows that you have killed Lin Xie?"

"Yes." Su Chen nodded, "But I am not worried about this problem. That Old Mulberry person was obviously not from the Lin Family, or else he would not have been worried about being seen by the Lin Family guards. It was precisely because of those guards that led him to allow Lin Xie to pursue me alone while he left."

"But he can still use other indirect methods to inform the Lin Family that you were the culprit."

"He won't do that. Don't forget, I heard their secret. Although they can secretly inform the Lin Family, but I can also publicize their scheme. If they do not wish for both sides to suffer, they will not do that." Su Chen replied with calm.

Gu Qing Luo continued. "If that's the case, you have to be careful of that old man returning to silence you."

"That's precisely why I am telling you about this incident." Su Chen then smiled. "Now he can no longer silence me."

"Hey!" Gu Qing Luo glanced back with her large eyes. "Are you pulling me down with you? Where's your spirit of loyalty and self-sacrifice?"

"How is that possible? That old man doesn't know about us. On top of that, you will not be the only one that will know about this incident."

Gu Qing Luo was stunned for a moment "You are saying…"

Su Chen steadily replied: "Preparing more insurance is always good."

Previously, Su Chen had reminded the coolie of Jade Truth Pavilion to prepare some insurances, how could he forget to do it himself.

Gu Qing Luo clapped her hand and laughed. "That's great, I will become your insurance. If you happen to be killed, I will spread this news and destroy their plan."

Hey… you are after all an important guest of the Lin Family; how can you be so enthusiastic about disturbing their plan?

"There's still something I need you help with." Su Chen said.

"What is it?"

"Help me get out."

The two continued some small chatter when Su Chen suddenly seemed to recall something. "Oh right, have you heard of Yue Wu Ti and the Spirit Burial Altar?"

Gu Qing Luo shook her head. "I haven't, but I can investigate it for you. Unless this Yue Wu Ti is a nameless person without any fame, it should be easy to find out who he is."

Su Chen immediately shook his head. "It is best if you do not check. We do not know if Old Mulberry is working with anyone else in the Lin Family. If you were discovered by them, they would not let you off. You are my insurance and shouldn't be exposed, okay?"

"And allow them to succeed with their scheme?"

"About that…let me think of a solution. Don't we have another year? From their conversation, it doesn't seem possible for them to start their plan early."

That night, Su Chen stayed in Gu Qing Luo's room.

Fortunately, the fatigue brought forth by his heavy injuries caused him to enter sleep shortly after tossing and turning for awhile.

The next morning, Gu Qing Luo woke Su Chen up and instructed him to follow her out from the back door.

As he followed Gu Qing Luo through the small forest, Su Chen reached a woodland area. Although it looked like a normal woodland, but when Su Chen stepped into it, he could feel an extremely powerful Origin Energy pulse from under his feet.

"Origin powered formation?" Su Chen was stunned for the moment.

This was obviously an Origin Energy powered restriction formation, which had created such a powerful Origin Energy pulse.

"Sssh! " Gu Qing Luo raised her finger to remind Su Chen.

With her warning came multiple roars of beasts not far away.

Hearing the roars, Su Chen suddenly understood.
