Chapter 48- Part 1

Below the forbidden horizon were sealed beasts. Those beasts ought to have human flesh as their favourite food. She had to leave quickly from this pile of corpses.

It felt like there were ten suns which could not be seen… were hanging above her head. The strong lighting caused Su TingYun to be unable to open her eyes. She was obviously under the shade of a large tree, but she could not feel any sort of coolness, it was like the leaves were transparent.

The surrounding temperature started to rise, and the corpses appeared to be decomposing at a speed visible to the naked eye. An intense rotting smell could be smelt in the air.

Although Su TingYun was scared witless, she still paid attention to Li XinMei’s body, she was afraid that her body did not house a primordial spirit and problems would arise. It was at this moment she regretted not buying a high grade spatial bag, as it could allow living beings to be placed in it.

Her current spatial treasure was a low leveled spatial bag which can only house non-living beings, and the size is about one square, she normally just put some medicinal pill in them.

The surroundings were not the dazzling and glaring lights, the scorching heat had also disappeared. The surroundings still retained the swaying trees, which had a cooling sensation.

Those corpses were not really a heap of bones, it was almost the same as when it fell from the sky. It was just that there were dark red bugs crawling up and down the corpses, which made it more disgusting.

Does that mean that she was in an illusionary land, and when using Xiao Mei’s universal formation eye could she see the actual appearance of the forbidden horizon?

Question marks appeared in Su TingYun’s head. She did not understand what it meant.

‘Walk forward three steps and turn left. Then search for a shady place, after that come back here again.’ When he was speaking he should be panting as the orchid tongue grass also repeated panting noises.

Right now, Su TingYun could not attend to anything else. This place was gloomy and frightening, she only had limited strength, and was also carrying a person on her back. She also did not know what sort of monster might pop out of the black river. Weighing her options, she trusted E ChangGuang more, in whichever case; was human.

Su TingYun carried Li XinMei and followed E ChangGuang’s directions for a few steps. As a result, she realised that one bright and one dark area had appeared in front of her. Below the tree that reached high into the sky, a shady spot cast by the tree appeared. In addition, the other side had light trickling down, forming a piece of shining region.

Su TingYun calmed down her heart and directly stepped into the shadow. When both feet stepped into the shadow caved into the ground, the surroundings fluctuated, her body seemed to be in a freefall. She turned her head bit by bit, she saw an extremely bright and colourful face, she had a beauty that reached perfection, naturally good looks, flesh of ice and bones of jade, and fine hair like a waterfall.

The ancestor of the formation hall, E ChangGuang, was actually a woman!
