“Heavenly Edict Territory Lord, I heard you have a good foreign aid this time! But I didn't think their rank is that high!” Nine Territory Lord smiled beside Heavenly Edict Territory Lord, obviously trying to unnerve Heavenly Edict Territory Lord.
