But given the item itself, it was not that impressive because I had no increase in Intellectual Power to add its 10%, and my magical attack power was only 899.

Level 899 was slightly higher than the precious grade Enhancement 3 Stick I gained during the third closed beta. In other words, it was too low to be regarded as a myth grade item. But I had the ‘Iceman' trait that increased skill performance of all ice-type series by 30%, although the numbers were different. So, the 10% addition here meant a total of 40%, which was more than enough.

If I added the magic attack power of Level 899, I would not stay at that level forever because I had the ‘God of Enhancement' trait.
