Chapter 75 Part 1: A flower and two servant girls

Making them go through the selection process would prevent malicious gossip from spreading!

The boundless night sky was full of stars. The night was quiet save for the sound of cicadas singing their lullaby in the garden. But the torrid heat of the day had bled into evening and not even a trace of cool wind could be felt. It was hot and stuffy this night, making people toss and turn in their beds, unable to sleep!
