Chapter 6: Different Races

Demons are divided by their "Orb of influence" which is directly responsible of their physical traits, a lot of their personality and their dominion of a capital sin.

Each Orb has a certain hierarchy that works like a clan or family, with the patriarch/matriarch being referred to as the Prince or Princess respectively. Those under them are the knights, under those are the scribes, the blades and the bones and under all of these are the common demonfolk that form the bulk of each Orb.

Demon Princes have power comparable to Seraphim, and can only exist in their true form in their home plane, in order to be in Thea they must relinquish part of themselves back in their plane. This can be highly dangerous because the separate part can develop their own personality and betray the prince upon his return, or he slain by the complete and far stronger princes, making them lose their hellish kingdom. The princes embody the characteristic of the capital sin of their Orb, making them volatile and highly dangerous. Unlike other demons, not just anyone can become a prince, and only the strongest of the strongest can even be considered. This has made it so other demonfolk deify the Princes as eternal rulers of their Orb, and considering the power they command, they might as well be.

Knights are the highest position any demon can realistically aim for. Knights are handpicked by the Demon Princes and are incredibly powerful, mirroring the power of angels. Basically being the nobles of the demons, they command their own forces under the service of their prince and are the champions of their respective Orb. Each of the orbs has no more than 13 Knights at any single point.

Scribes are the highly educated and intelligent demons that form the backbone of each Orb. These are masters of various topics and much like their name states, are responsible of recording important events concerning their Prince and Orb. They are smart killers, taking their time with their target whenever needed to actually kill. They are great at sewing distrust and fear through their enemies' forces, opening them up for the knights and the others. While they do their best to keep out of physical combat, they can be a dangerous bunch when pushed against a corner.

Blades are the strong warrior class of the Orb they serve, with mastery of many weapons and fighting types. They are less focused in outthinking their foes and more in overwhelming them with sheer power. This makes them incredibly dangerous when in combat, and less than friendly out of it. Often when out of the battlefield Blades can be found as guards and a policing force inside each Orb.

Bones are the mass of soldiers under a Prince, they are the lowest rank in the forces of each orb and are often treated as cannon fodder for the battles raged. This however can change with enough effort from a Bone, though unlikely, and can promote them through the ranks. They excel at overwhelming the enemy with sheer numbers and ferocity.
Perception And Sensory Capabilities
Demons have keen senses all around, are resilient in body and mind and are overall a highly dangerous race. Besides their physical attributes all demons have a good resistance to heat and fire. However this does not mean fire can't burn them, it just takes more time under an intense flame to do the deed.

Dhampir
A Dhampir (sometimes spelled dhampyre, dhamphir, or dhampyr) is a creature that is the result of a union between a vampire and a human.

Drude
A Drude (pl- Druden) is a kind of malevolent nocturnal spirit (kobold or hag) associated with nightmares. Druden were said to participate in the Wild Hunt.

Familiar
Familiar spirits, or “animal guides”, were believed to be supernatural entities that would assist witches and cunning folk in their practice of magic.

Incubus and Succubus
With Incubus being the male definition and Succubus the female counterpart, these demons are known to lure their victims into sexual activity for either reproduction or nourishment from the life energy of the victim.

Mischief Demon
Creating annoying or even harmful tricks is the domain of a mischief demon. Only rarely would this lead to death, as their main goal is to scare and pester their victims. However, there are very few reports of cases with serious injuries and loss.

Obsession Demon
Usually, an obsession demon would decide to live within or near a specific place or object, controlling it and abusing it for its personal goals. These can range from harming victims to just wanting to be able to exist in hiding and peace. In rare cases, they would be attached to another individual or entity.

Obsession demons are not necessarily harmful and every case is different.

Possession Demon
More vicious than an obsession demon, a possession demon would take over the body and mind of its victim. It is not unusual for victims to take physical and mental harm. Stronger possession demons feast of the souls of their victims and even use their controlled body to hunt for additional souls to consume.

Spectra
Spectra or specters are commonly misclassified as demons, or entities of demonic nature, when in fact, they are the restless souls of the dead, remaining in the realm of the living for different reasons.

Vampire
Vampires are beings feeding of the vital force of the living, similar to Incubus or Succubus, though the most common belief has vampires feeding off blood. They are rumored to be undead, demonic, of a cursed lineage or even the next step of evolution.

Wendigo
A demonic spirit that is known for its cannibalism, curses, and possessions. rooting in its everlasting hunger. Wendigos are creatures who hunt and consume humanoid species. Their hearts are of ice and their cold, icy skin hard as steel.

Werewolf
Youkai
Youkai is a term mostly associated with far eastern demons and ghosts. There are plenty of sub-categories, from vampires and fairies to oni and mischief-demons. Most Youkai, however, are considered to be neutral or good spirits.

To make everything worse each demon is different. White, pink, yellow, purple, black, red, orange, blue, and golden those are ranks that all monsters are put in which we humans just call them in one go Wonders, Yuro Wanders, and the last thing is Spirit Beast those are the races we put them in. From the lowest rank to the highest rank the other way to put them in a level like F rank to SSS rank. Spirit Beast are based on the colors white being ten year old.

White: 10 year spirit beast

Pink: 25 year old spirit beast

Yellow: 100 year old spirit beast

Purple: 1,000 year old spirit beast

Black: 10,000 year old spirit beast

Red: 100,000 year old spirit beast

Orange: 200,000 year old spirit beast

Blue: 400,000 year old spirit beast

Gold: 1,000,000 year old spirit beast

These spirits cultivate by their ages not only that the older they are the stronger they are. When Lorenzo killed the Enfor human face spider he could of taken the Yren Spirit ring which is left by the spirit beast after they die and he can fuse with it and make his cultivation even stronger but since it was his first Yren Spirit ring he choose not to take a risk like that.

His two best friends already have three Yren Spirit rings which makes there cultivation Level strong but he knows he needs to take his time.

"Bro what are you thinking about?"

"Huh look at this."

Lorenzo held out his hand and a purple Yren Spirit ring appeared beneath Lorenzo feet and he smiled happily as he clenched his hands together this cycle was water elements that's what he called it as he grinned happily he winked at them.

"Lucky bastard do you know what this means?"

"No what does it mean?"

"It means that, from now your Yren Spirit rings have to be at least a 1,000 year old spirit beast."

"Your right that's true."

"But how did you do it? Did you take the Enfor ring?"

"Um not I didn't actually I don't know what happened either let's not worry about those silly thing here is the map we have to take the lake to get into Mist Village when we get into Mist Village that's when we can start asking questions," Lorenzo said.

"That's a good idea that way we can handle this matter and get this done with it."

"Yes but we must be careful," Lorenzo said while he touched his chin he nodded to himself he put on his face mask and walked out of the hospital. In all honesty he didn't know how this would play out but he was ready for anything.
