Casanova of the Argent Clan 29 Deva Trials III

He felt amazing all over as he opened his eyes.

'I'm perfectly fine?'

Asher looked down at his body to see that nothing was out of place, in fact he felt better than ever.

Asher looked around the room he was in and found out he was in an recovery array that was powered by an immense amount of wood attributed energy.

There was also star energy, and spiritual Qi flowing into his body putting him back to his peak performance.

'Looks like the little imps healed me, I wonder how long i've been asleep'

"Hello"

The angelic imp appeared in front of Asher with a bright smile.

Before Asher could respond the angelic imp continued.

"Now that your ready, lets start the speed trial."

They appeared next to a gigantic blue pond with mountains and waterfalls everywhere around, Asher was surprised at how magnificent the inside of the tree was, the water and air in this area emitted an intense amount of spiritual Qi.

"This is the speed trial, you have to catch three of those fishy bird things. Each one you catch means a stage you passed, I'm only a residual soul so i forgot what they were called...hehe. Anyways you only need to catch three of them to complete the speed trial."

The angelic imp looked a little embarrassed as it said that.

Asher was stupefied as he looked at the "fishy bird things" he had to catch

'you want me to catch those?!?!?'

Asher cursed the master of these trials in his heart.

In the gigantic pond were three massive beasts that were hybrids of a fish and bird.

With fins replaced by large and powerful wings, a massive fish body that was as long as a shark and a large beak for a mouth, this hybrid beast was something he read about in the Argent Clan's records.

The mythical God Beast Kun Peng.

Luckily these particular Kun Peng he had to catch seemed to be babies as they weren't thousands of meters long like in the records he read.

Meanwhile in another area of the trial grounds

"Come on you big dummy! Why are you so slow! You only passed the second strength trial stage, you piece of trash and now you can't even touch a feather of a flying fish! I bet my mother would be faster than you!"

Henry who was currently doing the speed trial had a bashful expression on his face as he was getting berated by the devilish imp.

"umm....Sorry?"

Henry yelled out as he tried to catch his breath from using his movement techniques too much

"Don't say sorry! If you want to make it up I have an idea!"

The devilish imp chuckled naughtily.

"Can I keep one as a mount?"

Asher continuously looked at the Kun Peng and then back at the angelic imp excitedly.

The angelic imp lightly laughed as it said

"If you get the complete inheritance, everything in our Master's divine ranked spirit artifact will be yours."

Asher was shocked...'so this tree is a divine ranked artifact that holds a small world'...

'the master of this must truly be formidable'

Asher's face no longer showed any expression as he became determined to catch all these young Kun Pengs.

The three Kun Pengs were all around twenty meters long.

Asher, now able to exert his Spirit Qi decided to mask his aura with a spatial treasure he was given from his empress mother.

It was a rare spirit artifact that allowed Asher to hide in the void.

Asher made his way toward the smallest Kun Peng as he prepared to subdue it.

The Kun Peng, oblivious to its surroundings was currently happily swimming around in the water, it's fish like body and wings were slithering with incomparable ease and swiftness.

After all, it's been in here for many years and has never experienced a sneak attack so didn't feel the need to be on guard.

SPLASH!!

The little Kun Peng felt something jump on its back and panicked.

The Kun Peng shot toward the surface of the water, doing all kinds of movements and flips in hopes of shaking off whatever attacked it, but alas whatever was on its back was still holding strong.

The Kun Peng flew into the sky and squalled for help to the other two before getting shocked by white lightning and falling unconscious.

"Ufff"

Asher bit his lip in pain as he looked at the Deva Tattoo on the back of his hand.

The ethereal-like figure was sitting in a lotus position with its six mighty arms in various hand signals.

One large devilishly charming wing appeared on the back of the shoulder blade of the ethereal figure, while symmetrically on the other shoulder blade a godly looking angel wing appeared.

Asher smiled as he realized that he just gained even more help to catch the remaining Kun Peng's.

Previously, Asher tested out the full extent of the six arms of the Deva Tattoo.

Activating one pair of arms to strengthen his physical strength by 100% drained around 1/5th of his spiritual energy.

Activating the second pair of arms only strengthened his strength by an extra 50% and drained 1/5th of his spiritual energy as-well.

So if he wanted to strengthen his physical strength by 150% by activating four of the Deva Tattoo's arms at the same time it would drain 2/5th of his spiritual energy.

On the final pair of the ethereal figure's godly arms he got from completing the third stage, it actually increased his strength by a full 150% by itself and drained 2/5th spiritual energy, if he activated all three at the same time he would gain 300% of his current physical strength which could also improve at any given time, but would drain him 4/5ths of his spiritual energy.

The Deva Tattoo's wings glowed brightly as Asher made a mental connection to activate them.

Asher smiled as he could feel that whatever movement technique he used, the speed will be increased by 100%.

"Haha one down, two more to go!" Asher was extremely happy by the way he easily took down the massive Kun Peng.

That was until he saw that the other two Kun Pengs were vigilantly looking at him like they would run away to the ends of the world if he tried to catch them as-well.

Asher sighed as he knew this won't be as easy as the first.
