Astral haven 52 Talisman Hall

He appeared on the lower reaches.

Many guards stood around the portal of the lower reaches.

They were probably Astral masters or grand master's.

Feng Mei walked his way towards the "Hall of Talisman inscription". He was using Gps to navigate his way towards it.

The path was shown on his smartphone Hub Tub-4. He kept on following the path but not before being marveled at the sight of the lower reaches of Ata city.

Huge buildings were erected on the ground similar to those found on Earth.

There were many skyscrapers with elemental mana revolving around them.

Huge antennas were placed on top of the skyscraper that absorbed mana and spread it throughout the building.

Many people went here and there but there was no bloodshed, not were there any arrogant youngster.

Though many people looked towards him attracted by his uniqueness, making Feng Mei understand that he needed to really buy a mask or something that can cover up his face.

Feng Mei thought that he was taking a stroll through a modern city, that used magic along with technology.

Here and there, were many restaurant stall and big cafes.

The chefs used different types of elemental mana and created dishes whose names and tastes were unknown to him.

Even Though the city looked modern, but there were no cars on the streets.

But he saw huge airplane without wings flying up in the air.

Instead of plane magical surrounded the plane pushing it up, making it float and pulling it towards it's direction.

Feng Mei continued on his path and finally reached in front of a huge and wide skyscraper.

Similar to other skyscraper there were huge antennas placed on top of it that spread mana through the building.

The building had huge word written in English. The world were EAACIH (everything about Astral cultivation is here).

Near the door of the building stood two guards, wearing black glasses, tuxedo and wireless earphone.

Though they were unarmed, but wore a spatial ring in their middle finger which definitely contained a lot of destructive stuff.

Feng Mei went towards the door, but the guards did nothing as they have seen the symbol on his robe.

He swiped his ID card(mana seal token) on the door and the huge crystal door of the skyscraper opened automatically.

He entered went towards the spatial teleporter and teleported himself toward the ninth floor.

The entire ninth floor belonged to the sub-branch of the "Hall of talisman inscription" branch located in Heavenly wind Empire.

He appeared in front of the "Hall of Talisman inscription" and entered it.

Ninth floor was where newbie and unregistered talisman inscriber went to get registered as a 1-star Talisman inscriber.

"Hello, I am here to register as a talisman inscriber" he said to the person sitting at the registration counter.

The person wore a shirt with the logo of "Hall of talisman".

The logo had the drawing of a pen. Below and around the pen, floated a golden paper.

The logo showed that a person was an employee of Hall of talisman.

"Ah ok! pass me your Id" the person sitting at the counter answered back normally, as he have seen many high class people's.

Feng Mei passed his ID to him, who took it and placed it on the scanner.

In the holographic screen, all Information about Feng Mei appeared.

Especially the information that said newly registered citizen of heavenly wind empire and non-cultivator.

Though, it didn't contain information about Feng Mei being close to the princess.

"Boy, you need to at least be a 3-star Astral disciple before you can be registered as a talisman inscriber" Said the middle-aged man.

"Oh, sorry I didn't know about that."

Feng Mei Sighed and turned around to get himself registered first.

He used his Hub-Tub 4 and searched for location where Astral Hall was located.

It was on the 3rd floor of this sky scrapper building.

~He teleported towards the 3rd floor and went towards one of the many registration counter~

Inside the counters there were mostly ladies, wearing Astral hall employee clothes

Their clothes attracted the eyes of Feng Mei, who looked at them shamelessly.

He was a 20+ year old man at heart and only liked to admire true beauties, not youngsters like Fu ya.

There clothes were a tight upper and a short skirt, the ladies didn't mind as Feng Mei was in the body of a 16 year old boy, with a criminally Enchanting face.

He believed that even if he committed a crime, most people will let him go, after he shed some crocodile tears.

Feng Mei blushed due to the beauties who kept on complimenting him on his beauty.

Though Feng Mei was not blushing but dying internally due to shame and anger, their words stabbed two hundreds imaginary needle in his heart!

Thanks to which he decided, that right after he get registered here, he will go to buy a bandana or a mask to cover his face.

While the attended of the registration counter he entered, prepared the necessary paper work, after putting his ID card inside the scanner.

"Cutesy, Put your finger or thumb here" said the female counter attendant directing her finger towards the thumb scammer.

He did so and right afterward the attendant asked him to direct his Power of Soul inside of a crystal ball.

Following her instruction he did just that, it was the same as directing Power in Soul to enter Virtual fantasia world.

The crystal lighted it showing white light and number 14.

The female attendant than asked him for his hand.

She took his hand without his consent!

"Hand in marriage?" Feng Mei thought in his mind, which was quickly shattered, right after her eyes produced Luminous white and blue light after saying the word "Scan".

The attendant was scanning the mana present inside of Feng Mei body.

"A 4-star Astral disciple" Feng Mei saw.her type it inside the Holographic screen and then she returned his ID card back to him.

Feng Mei took his ID card and rushed outside the door of Astral hall towards the Shopping district present on the 5th floor of this skyscraper.

"Dear costumer! you are welcome here anytime you need to get your ID updated" announced a mechanical voice as he stepped out the Astral hall.

Feng Mei went to the shopping district, where there were different brands selling various stuff.

He entered one, bought a bandana, a big scarf, paid for it and covered his long hair, head, neck and some part of his face with it.

After that he finally went towards the Talisman hall located on the 9th floor through using the teleportation array!
