The girl was blushing heavily when she entered the arena, but tried to play a strong appearance, and looked away, trying to ignore his presence in the arena, making him chuckle. It was really funny.

"Ning'er!" He decided to talk to her first, and waved at Nie Li, telling him he'd talk to him later, and the girl faintly replied to him,"Hello… Shen Tian."

She looked at him with shyness, trying to avoid his eyes, but failed. His orange and silver eyes were just too mesmerising to her, they were just… Too beautiful to not look at, not like she would admit that.

"Why are you being so awkward, chill, Ning'er!" He hit her back lightly, with a calm expression. Although he knew what Xiao Ning'er was feeling, he did not allow it to show on his face, he was faking composure.

The girl coughed, trying to recover from her previous feelings and nodded,"Don't worry about me, I'm okay, focus on the tournament, be sure to win it, after all you are a Black Gold Rank expert!" She chuckled.

Shen Tian rolled his eyes and nodded,"I'll do my best, but with your cultivation you will also be a strong contender for the 1st spot, so do not underestimate yourself, Ning'er, like I said before." He said.

She nodded in response.

The Tournament started. There were six groups with each group having 16 members, a total of 96 members of the young generation were participating.

In total, from every group,a total of 32 people would qualify for the next stage. Basically one third of the people who were participating, which then would be halved to 16, then to 8, again to 4, to 2 and finally the winner,1.

The entire Tournament of the Young Generation would only last for about a few hours, however those were some of the most exciting hours of the entire year for some people, like the young generation for example.

Shen Tian was put in the third group, while Feng Hao in the second, Xiao Ning'er in the fourth group, and Nie Li in the sixth group. Lu Piao and Du Ze were both in the first group, however they probably would not struggle to qualify, both were strong Silver Rank Demon Spiritualists.

The groups had several small arenas, each set up for the groups. Because time was limited, and they couldn't make it last for an entire day, they had just cut the arena, and created several small ones just for now.

Each arena was responsible for a fight, which would also be supervised by an elder of the Divine Family, carefully, so no one was injured in a fight. No one wanted to die during a simple tournament, so killing was not allowed.

Rightfully so, each elder was at the peak of the Gold Rank, or at least at the late stars of the Gold Rank, so they could immediately intervene if the fight got out of the hand when weaker Demon Spiritualists could be affected.

"Group Three, Shen Tian against Chu Han!" Chu Han was a scrawny man at the third star of the Silver Rank, around the age of twenty. Unlike his peer, he was a Demon Spiritualist, and not an alchemist.

The two walked into the arena, and Chu Han's eyes widened," I forfeit!" He immediately shouted, he was not about to go fight someone who was believed to be at least in the Gold Rank. He was not that dumb.

The elder sweatdropped as he declared Shen Tian the winner. This continued for every round. It was as if they wanted to avoid him like a plague. The cause was just that they were too weak when compared to Shen Tian.

Feng Hao was almost similar, but there were indeed a few stupid people who decided to challenge him, despite being a Gold Rank Demon Spiritualist. They all failed without any exceptions.

There were indeed Gold Rank Demon Spiritualists in the Young Generation, but they were very old, reaching their twenties. Only one besides Feng Hao was situated in the second group, and he managed to defeat him.

Shen Tian, who was a Black Gold Demon Spiritualist, could effortlessly defeat any other contender for the role of the 1st spot, however that did not mean he would do something like that.

The third group was won by Shen Tian, the second by Feng Hao,sixth by Nie Li, fourth by Xiao Ning'er and the first by Du Ze,the fifth was won by Chen Linjian, who had progressed to around the peak of the Silver Rank. He had defeated fellow friends from the Genius Class.

With the 32 people, Shen Tian had to fight a Demon Spiritualist with the power of around the 4th star of the Silver Rank, who he easily defeated. He quickly defeated every enemy he found, until the Semi Finals.

In the semi finals were Nie Li, Feng Hao, Shen Tian and Xiao Ning'er.

Shen Tian had to fight Feng Hao, while Nie Li had to fight Xiao Ning'er, both battles were entertaining for both sides. Feng Hao wanted to try how much he could push Shen Tian, and the latter wanted to know how strong Xiao Ning'er was now.

Feng Hao took a deep breath as he stepped into the arena, he could feel an invisible pressure engulf him, it was not from the crowd, it was not from Shen Tian, but it was simply pressure created by himself.

He was in deep thoughts, could he even be a good match for Shen Tian? Could he fight a Black Gold Rang Demon Spiritualist? Despite knowing the answer, he couldn't help but be covered by excitement.

Shen Tian did not really think much about this fight. He knew Feng Hao would try his best, but he was the one who knew him the most and knew what to expect from him, so it would be very hard to catch him off guard.

The elder responsible for this, was a Black Gold Rank Demon Spiritualist, because the responsibility was too large for Gold Rank Elders. He looked at both people's faces before shouting,"Start!"

The First Semi Final, between Shen Tian and Feng Hao just started.
