**Chapter One: The Moment of Destiny**

Alex, the failed doctor, was suffering from a life that did not satisfy him. In the darkness of his room, he sat carrying a pile of medical errors and memories of his wife abandoning him.

Before he succumbed to despair, his compassionate nurse, June, came to visit him.
She offered him a cup of coffee and said, "Alex, here's a little warmth on this cold day." Alex took the coffee and replied sadly, "Thanks, John.
I have no hope for anything after everything that's happened."
At an unexpected moment, an escaped criminal burst into the hospital carrying a knife and headed towards Alex.
It only took moments before police forces jumped into the hospital after receiving the alert.
An exciting chase took place inside the hospital, as the criminal tried to escape while the police sought to approach him. In a moment of carelessness, the criminal stumbled and his knife unexpectedly fell, accidentally piercing Alex's heart.
Alex fell to the ground, his eyes slowly losing consciousness. But at the last moment, a radiant blue screen appeared in front of him, and a cold and emotionless voice said: “Do you want another chance?” Without thinking, Alex answered affirmatively, and then his eyes sank into deep darkness, unaware of why he had been chosen or what was to come in this mysterious new world.

When he regained consciousness, he found himself in his third year of residency, armed with the King of Medicine's system that would make him the greatest doctor the world had ever known.
