Summary
Princess Turandot is the cynosure of the Chinese Empire, and she knows it. Thus, she states she\ll only marry a man of royal blood who solves her three riddles, on pain of death for failing. After a few princes meet their unfortunate end by taking the challenge, enter Prince Calaf, who\s instantly besotted, and who vows to finally defeat the cold princess and win her heart.
