Chapter 1: Soul of the Dragon

“Hey, Jiang your back!”

“Did you buy anything good to eat?”

Just after entering the community, a couple of aunties who were sunbathing called out to JiangHai. At this point, JiangHai while holding things smiled and lightly nodded toward the aunties.

During the time when QiLi was still attending school, she found a boy friend. At the end when she returned back to China, she found out that this boy friend is from her family’s rival company. Although
the two of them were in deep love, once day QiLi accidentally let lose a piece of news about her family company’s investments. As a result, this piece of reached her boy friend’s dad and caused her company to directly lose over a billion yuan.

The company’s estimated worth immediately for halved, and when QiLi’s father received the news, a sudden heart attack took his life. At this point, originally a pair of lovers become bitter enemies over night. QiLi is determined to take control of her father’s company, but the company’s board members disagree. He lead them into constant war against legendary enemy tribes of phoenixes and kirins. These wars made the world shake none stop.

When finally the 3 tribes exhausted all their tribe’s war potential, a group of daoists suddenly appeared. They began to accuse him of all kinds of charges trying to tame him. When he attempered to resist, the leading daoist, who is much stronger, straight up sealed him under a large mountain range. After the passing of unknown amount of years, he starts to slowly lose his power, and his life. Finally, left with only a sliver of his soul, he fell into the underground water system and left the sealing cavern.

This sliver of soul is nothing but that small ball of light. Not knowing how long it drifted, but today it was picked up by JiangHai. When JiangHai finally woke up, a whole day has already passed, and the fish from yesterday has already started to stink. But JiangHai has no thoughts left for the fish as he stared at his tattoo stunned.
