He had seen Siegfried and it was demoralizing to see the gap that divided them. Siegfried had easily frozen him in place as Jason had raged but he couldn't even touch a hair on that snobby vamps body. He wanted to know how to gain strength and this was a way of testing them after-all Siegfried had handed him a Black Book before he had left and from the brief look Jason had taken it contained many powerful secrets of the race and if what these two told him didn't match up with what the book contained then that meant they were hiding things from him.

(This is a simple test but it is up to them to see if they fail or not. But seriously man all this shit has me shook! I didn't think there was this much to know about all of this but hopefully these two are gonna be helpful and that weird Siegfried guy who claims to be family is actually helpful and not just bullshitting I mean he sounds badass as all fuck but that is yet to be seen here)

Michael leaped into his explanation about the Bestial Path of vampires it was the most basic one and it was the most immediately useful to Jason at his current level and could even be useful at higher tiers.

"So basically all paths utilize mana but it depends on how you apply it. For the Bestial Path, you would circulate it inside of you boosting your physical attributes so that you could be stronger. All the techniques for the Bestial Path are sort of following that same rule there's just a difference in the way they circulate it and how or where they circulate it. If you wished to boost your arm strength you would focus the circulation more on your arm to boost its strength and then to exhibit transformations is a bit more complicated but still follows the idea of circulating mana within you. For example, if you wished for there to be a claw you simply extend that mana out from your fingertips and it should grow" as he said those words he outstretched his hand to show Jason his fingertips morphing into animalistic claws far fiercer and sharper than the baby claws that he himself had extended earlier at them.
