"Out of the free citizens, 15,000 of them have joined the Fief defense force and are currently being trained by Myself, Hitsugaya and Ichimaru. We each are in charge of 5,000 Soldiers and are specializing our troops in a variety of fields to provide a full offensive and defensive force of mages, their current tier is 5 we are planning to have a full Division of Tier 7 Mages."
