「Yeah. This is my greatest treasure. It belonged to a ruined noble from a different kingdom. I lent him some money and I got this to settle his debt. 」

Ruined noble, huh? You make it sound like it's not your problem…

It was a dull-colored iron shield that could be used with only one hand, but it was long so it would be difficult to maneuver with it. It was more suitable for fighting while carefully protecting yourself.

The shopkeeper wore an expression that said he had no idea what to do with it now. He probably didn't even want to touch it again either. Putting it away was difficult now too.

「You're selling it?」

「Absolutely not. I have my pride as an armor dealer. I don't want to sell something like this to customers」

「I'd like to, but I don't know where.」
