She was a human girl that played a multi-faceted role in being his mother, sister and first love. She influenced Thrall with her love, kindness, compassion and taught him many things that Blackmore never would have allowed him to experience and learn. If it wasn't for her, Thrall would have become the puppet that Blackmore so desperately wanted him to become.
"Lu Li, why are you telling him all that?" Azure Sea Breeze was confused.
"Because the next time Thrall returns to Durnholde, Blackmore would have killed Taretha. I thought it would be best to let him know and besides, I don't think it will affect the future plot too much. Maybe Thrall will even be grateful towards us even though none of us are Horde players," Lu Li typed in the party chat.
"Apparently, the players will join both the Alliance and the Horde in defense against the Burning Legion. Do you think Thrall will be a part of that?" Unforgettable Maple asked.
"Haha, where did you hear that from?" Lu Li wondered how all this information was getting leaked. He was furious at the gaming company because all the knowledge he had from his past life would be useless if all the new features and news was leaked.
However, he knew that it wasn't the gaming company's fault at all.
No matter how powerful the Dawn Gaming Company was, it would be impossible to keep everyone from the developing team quiet.
The gaming company did its best to keep the content from leaking and would often keep the updates within a very exclusive group of personnel. The CEO and the members of the board would punish whoever it was that was suspected of leaking the content.
"If only Thrall will remember us," Elevenless said wistfully.
"Then, we would become the honored guests of the Horde and we would be able to do Horde quests," Hachi Chan added as she drooled.
"Then we could go to Horde territory and capture more pets.," Remnant Dreams murmured, stuck in a daydream.
"That's enough guys; focus on the Boss."
Lu Li pretended to be serious but deep down, he thought of all the treasure chests that he could open up in Horde territory. However, he had to keep up his image in front of Water Fairy.
Epoch Hunter must have felt left out from the conversation and began flapping its wings, creating a whirlwind towards the players that had their backs behind a wall.
They had nowhere to go.
They had lost their sense of direction and could no longer cast skills. The whirlwind also caused a considerable amount of damage, causing everyone's HP to drop significantly.
"Hachi Chan, use Tranquility," Lu Li ordered when he saw that March Rain was struggling to keep everyone alive. Lu Li was focused on surviving this attack for now and wasn't worried about what other skills Epoch Hunter had up its sleeve.
Lu Li managed to impress Unforgettable Maple and Elevenless again with his quick thinking.
When the Whirlwind disappeared, the damn Epoch Hunter used Dragon Fire again.
If Lu Li had not ordered Hachi Chan to cast Tranquility, then there was no way they could have survived, even with defensives activated. They would have definitely lost more than half the team.
Everyone's HP was restored to full and they became much more confident.
Even in enraged mode, Epoch Hunter was never able to take down a single member of the party.
"No! The master will… not be… pleased," Epoch Hunter gasped as he fell to the ground.
It was Remnant Dream's job to loot the Boss, but in the meantime, Lu Li decided to try and get closer to Thrall.
