    After leaving the street where the dojo was, Wei Xiao Bei appeared in a district filled with old shacks.

    This kind of district would always appear in a fast growing city.

    There were various houses made of bamboo, wood, tarpaulins, and other materials.

    Thus, the street was extremely clogged. If Wei Xiao Bei was careless, he could knock down a house  by himself.

    These shacks were never sturdy, much more so in the Dust World.

    Most of the materials used to make them had already rotted. A light push would be enough to knock the shacks down and cause loud banging sounds, turning them into piles of garbage.

    Wei Xiao Bei did not care about these things at the moment. When he saw buildings he would pass through them, and when he saw shacks, he would knock them down. The collapsed shacks served as blockades against Mao An Ge.

    Naturally, this kind of blockade had a bit of blocking power, but against Mao An Ge, it was only a little bit useful. Once Mao An Ge reached empty land, he would pick up speed again.

    In truth, if there was enough guarantee, Wei Xiao Bei would have taken out his great spear and fought head-on.

    Facing this sudden attack, Mao An Ge appeared to not have enough intelligence. He blocked the tongue with his left hand, but the tongue instantly penetrated through it.

    Luckily, Mao An Ge immediately waved his strong hand, causing the tongue to bend and shoot through his shoulder.

    After receiving this attack, all of Mao An Ge's flesh and blood wriggled. At the same time, he waved his right hand and smashed the Licker.

    The Licker was not slow as it immediately pulled back its tongue. It quickly jumped up, dodging Mao An Ge's fist. As it landed, it jumped behind Mao An Ge and scratched his back.

    Compared to a normal person's body, the long claw marks on Mao An Ge's back did not cause blood to flow out at all. Instead, after the flesh had been gouged out, the flesh on two sides of the wound began to wriggle towards the wounds. Soon, the long claw marks disappeared.

    Seeing this scene, Wei Xiao Bei understood that the Licker simply could not cause much injuries to Mao An Ge.

    Mao An Ge's [Physical Damage Resistance] and [Intermediate Regeneration] were enough for him to not fear the attacks of the Licker, or at the very least, Mao An Ge did not need to care about it unless a large portion of his flesh was removed.

    Wei Xiao Bei did not stop moving his feet just because the Licker attacked Mao An Ge.

    In this place, it was too hard to fully display the might of his great spear. Moreover, the Licker was completely ineffective against Mao An Ge.

    Wei XIao Bei had only barely ran 50 meters when Mao An Ge charged at the Licker, grabbed its neck, and pressed it on the ground. Afterwards, Mao An Ge ignored the struggling Licker as he punched its brain.

    In just two punches, the Licker's brain had become a muddy mess of bone shards and brain juice.

    Wei Xiao Bei who was looking at the scene was not worried at all. On the contrary, he let out a smile.

    It was very clear that Mao An Ge had lost all of his human intelligence once he was controlled by the farmer's market.

    The only thing that was keeping his body was a living being's instinct, as well as the minimum knowledge of fighting that the farmer's market provided him.

    From Mao An Ge's fight with the skeleton monsters, Wei Xiao Bei understood that the farmer's market simply did not have any knowledge of fighting.

    After all, the Mutated Farmer's Market was still evolved from a farmer's market. It would be a joke if it actually had any fighting experience.

    However, even if Mao An Ge did not have any fighting experience, his strength had far surpassed Wei Xiao Bei. After killing a Licker, he once again began his chase.

    In the end, Wei Xiao Bei's eyes glittered when he saw a plaza at the end of the street after making many turns.

    The reason was simple. Although he had ran through the streets and could only see small portions of the plaza, he could see the fountain in there.

    Although Cui Hu City was big, there were only a few plazas, and the only plaza with a fountain was this one.

    This place was Cui Hu City Plaza.

    He had finally reached a place he was familiar with.

    In this place, Wei Xiao Bei felt like he could gain a bit of a homeground advantage. For example, there was the strange, mysterious room that appeared in the plaza.

    Three steps were shortened to two. Wei Xiao Bei was not increasing his speed far from normal. He began to circulate his Qi all through his muscles as they contracted and relaxed.

    When Wei Xiao Bei reached the end of the street, the scene was how  he imagined it to be. He immediately leapt up as he turned around to face Mao An Ge. His right hand was holding onto the Small Holding Bag as he pulled out the great spear.

    He grasped both hands on the great spear as he thrusted.

    Mao An Ge had just happened to catch up. When he saw Wei Xiao Bei thrust out his spear, he did not think about dodging at all and forcibly knocked against him just like that.

    Puchi.

    The spear and Mao An Ge made contact with each other, causing the great spear to penetrate through Mao An Ge.   

    Even Mao An Ge's [Physical Damage Resistance] was not enough to block the great spear.

    The spearhead came out through Mao An Ge's back, causing blood to spurt out.

    However, what Wei Xiao Bei never imagined was that Mao An Ge did not show any expression of pain. He actually followed the spear handle and threw himself at Wei Xiao Bei. He stretched out his hands and reached towards Wei Xiao Bei's chest.

    Mao An Ge completely ignored the pain.

    By the time Wei Xiao Bei noticed this, he had entered a dangerous situation.

    Facing this danger, Wei Xiao Bei kept calm and kicked out, striking Mao An Ge's chest and sending himself flying backwards.

    This allowed the great spear to come out from Mao An Ge's chest.

    With a stagger, Wei Xiao Bei landed and charged toward the opposite direction.

    Since it had been a long time, Wei Xiao Bei did not know if those Lickers were still waiting outside the house, but he had to attempt it.

    Wei Xiao Bei's speed instantly reached its peak, as he quickly reached the end of the plaza.

    In the street ahead, there were more than 10 Zombies wandering around.

    Wei Xiao Bei frowned as these Zombies were useless.

    However, he guessed that there were Lickers ahead.

    After passing by those Zombies, Wei Xiao Bei did not slow down at all. With a light wave of his spear, he had sent a Zombie flying back towards Mao An Ge.

    However, in the next instant, the Zombie had met misfortune as Mao An Ge tore it to pieces.

    Pa!

    Without waiting for Mao An Ge to catch up, another Zombie was launched at him.

    Whoosh!

    The Zombie was one again torn to shreds. When Mao An Ge was about to pick up speed again, another Zombie was sent at him.

    This time, Mao An Ge was angry.

    Even if he had been controlled by the farmer's market, he still had a bit of emotion.

    After all, even a dog would get angry after being hit by stones.

    Let alone Mao An Ge.

    Mao An Ge wildly chased.

    However, Wei Xiao Bei was already close to the residential district.

    He stabbed the great spear into the ground and bent it to send himself flying across the wall.

    In truth, Mao An Ge was now very angry. When Wei Xiao Bei had just crossed the wall and saw the Lickers from afar, he could hear a loud boom from behind him as countless bricks and stone shards were sent flying.

    Wei Xiao Bei was currently calm and composed. He kicked a few stones with his right foot and sent them flying.

    Four Lickers were immediately hit by the stones. In the next instant, the four Lickers charged towards Wei Xiao Bei.

    Naturally, Wei Xiao Bei would not face them head-on. He poked out with his great spear to divert the first two incoming tongues towards Mao An Ge.

    This was Wei Xiao Bei's limit.

    He could only divert two tongue at once. If he did anymore, his move would become a joke.

    After dodging the other two tongues, Wei Xiao Bei made a quick dash towards Mao An Ge's back, throwing Mao An Ge in front of the Lickers.

    The Lickers were not picky eaters. As long there was life, they would love it.

    Thus, in an instant, the four Lickers had changed their targets towards Mao An Ge.

    Moreover, Wei Xiao Bei's sharp eyes could see the shadows jumping on the roofs of the buildings.

    He knew that they were Lickers, and there were more than 10 of them.
