The CEO Who Hates Me 140 Cecile's Tragedy Twenty Eight Years Ago

'Yes! Past is past it's gone with the time, the incident that happened then must not overshadow my whole life. Even today, I can start to move ahead… to go forward and accept the happiness around me.'

She looked at the view in the balcony where the sun shone brightly. She breathed and smelled the sweetness in the air with a smile.

'Today, I will paint a masterpiece like I have never painted before.' Cecile thought before picking up the brush and stroking it on the canvas.

She was contented with what she has right now, a sweet, caring, very supportive and loving family. She realized she has a great husband, who had taken very good care of her all through these years, Karl had always been sensitive about her problems and tried his best to stand by her side always.

She thought she would never be able to love anyone again, but Karl is one of a kind man, you can't keep from loving him once in his radius. Although theirs was an arranged marriage but slowly as some time passed, Cecile couldn't stop herself from falling in love with him.

Yes, it is this love that kept her happy in all those years of marriage, She cannot put a finger on when she fell in love with him but his caring and loving gestures towards her couldn't keep her love in hibernation for a long time.

Though she never said it in words to him that she loved him, but she sure always made him her priority and did everything for him and tried to show her love and care in everything she did for him. Even Karl's actions were always full of intense love and care for her… but just like her he showed his love and care in actions… how good it would be had they both expressed their love for each other in words as well…

'Maybe I should be the one to say it first even after so many years of marriage I must take this step and confess my feelings to him…' with that in mind, Cecile smiled.

But then she suddenly felt regretful. Regret for all those years she had wasted being quiet and she hated herself for that. So many Years passed away so quickly… and it was now that she realized one thing that she should be more vocal about what she really felt and thought from now on... She wouldn't do things like a robot that was programmed to breathe and live simply.

She couldn't ask for more. She was very grateful and happy for how blessed she was right now despite of what had happened with her twenty eight years ago…

Moving on and leaving the past behind because what matters was the future that lies ahead…
That's the least she could do.

Cecile closed her eyes and recalled the dreadful night, the series of incidents that happened twenty eight years ago one last time… to never come back in her memory again because all those memories she was now ready to bury forever….

CECILE'S TRAGEDY TWENTY EIGHT YEARS AGO…

Cecile was still groggy when she came to her senses. As soon as she woke up completely she was in complete shock with what she sensed and saw around her. Her body was aching all over and she was totally naked.

There was a man beside her. Even in that dark room she could tell she was set up with that man to sleep with her… his arm rested on her waist intimately… by his touch she could tell that was not Aldrin

She looked at him but she couldn't see his face. It was dark and the man's face was buried on the pillow as he lay down with his chest flat on the bed.

She removed his hand carefully and quickly got out from the bed.

'What happened after that drink I took with all those girls? Why am I in here? In this dark room with a stranger in such a condition?' she was confused.

She tried to recall everything. Her head was still aching.

She did not even know what happened and how she ended up in the room with the man. The last thing she remembered was feeling dizzy and sleepy.

Trying hard to recall the incidents that transpired she could just remember some moments when she started to gain senses after.

She remembered how her body burned… she was in a very weird state and how much she longed for Aldrin to come and take her… someone did take her… gave relief to the burning desires of her body in the dark of night… in that closed room…

Cecile came to sudden realization of what had actually happened with her. A complete stranger who lay there on bed in front of her was sent by Diana to play with her body, to take Aldrin away from her…

Tears rolled down from her eyes as she saw blood on the sheet and between her thighs which only meant the success of the perpetrator's plan.

"Oh my God, what just happened," she muttered while sobbing quietly.

She stumbled and lost her balance, falling down on her knees she kept crying.

She couldn't believe that she was in this kind of situation. She did not know how to react and what to do. She was totally out of her mind at that moment.

Reality struck her suddenly and she got up and searched for her clothes. She wiped her face that was full of tears with the back of her hands… gathered herself and steadied her breathing to calm herself down.

She heard some noises outside so she hastily picked-up her clothes and wore them. Then she heard Aldrin's voice outside calling her name.

Cecile felt her heart almost stop beating as panic crossed her face. Her hands trembled as she scraped them through her tangled hair.

'What would Aldrin do if he saw her right now?'

With fear filled heart and still trembling hands she quickly fixed herself and ran towards the door. She was too scared. She was worried that Aldrin might see her with another man who she did not even know.

'What would he think of me if he sees me in here in such a situation?' Cecile felt tense all over her body.

She did nothing wrong but the situation was not easy to explain to anyone. Anyone who would see all this would put her in wrong and not understand that she was probably drugged.

She thought she must first escape from this dark hell. She ran and reached to the door and opened it hurriedly and saw Aldrin standing outside with a worried look on his face trying to probe something from Diana who had a smug look on her face as she grinned.

As soon as Cecile ran out of that room Aldrin caught her and looked at her ashen face. Worry crept on his handsome face further and his tone became stronger. "What happened to you? Why do you look like that? Are you alright?" Aldrin asked in strong yet caring and comforting tone showing full concern as he held Cecile in his arms.

He knew something big has happened simply by looking at her face. He then pulled her in his embrace and tried to comfort her.

"I told you. Your girlfriend is just acting to be pure but she's not. Why don't we go inside and see who she was with? I'm sure there is a man inside with whom your this pure and pious girlfriend was enjoying and cheating on you…"

"Shut up Diana!" Aldrin's face crumpled as she looked at Diana. His eyes narrowed at her as he gritted his teeth.

Cecile's tears fell without her knowing and she pulled herself away from Aldrin's embrace and ran away from him.

She couldn't gather the courage to see Aldrin's expressions once he found out all that had happened with her and that that there's a naked man inside that room she came out from and worst was to how would he react if he saw those red stains on the sheet.

Cecile ran aimlessly and reached outside of the resort.

Aldrin was about to follow her but Diana quickly held him by his arm and stopped him and said, "Let's once go and take a look inside and see whom was she enjoying her youth with…"

Aldrin didn't budge from his place and gave Diana a deadly stare and said, "What have you done with her Diana?!"

"What? What are you saying?" Diana snarled with an arched brow.

Aldrin pushed her hand away from his and grabbed her hair.

He forcefully pulled her hair back making her growl with pain and said, "I know you so well you witch, your tricks won't work on me! Right now Cecile is my priority. I will deal with you later!"

Aldrin pushed Diana badly as he said all this with gritted teeth to her and then he turned around and ran after Cecile.

He knew Diana well and how evil she could be. That was the reason why he broke up with her. He could no longer stay with someone crazy like her. She was extremely possessive and did not flinch from doing despicable things to people she disliked or if something did not turn out to her own accord. He felt dejected as soon as he came to know the true colours of her and broke up with her soon after.

Diana's face became gloomy as she saw Aldrin running after Cecile. She was full of anger and hatred and those feelings surged higher when she saw her plan failing and Aldrin still caring about Cecile.

Diana ran towards the phone kept in the corner of that corridor and dialed a number. Someone downstairs sitting on the reception picked the receiver of the phone on the desk and answered, "Yes maam, we just saw her going out a few minutes ago."

"Follow that stupid bitch! And do as I told you earlier… Destroy her completely! Make sure that I should not see her ever again!" her voice was pure evil as her eyes narrowed.

How dare that woman steal Aldrin from her? She couldn't accept it that a simple woman like her who was nothing but acted pure and innocently entrapped the only man that she loves.

"If I can't have you with me Aldrin, I will make sure to wipe even the slightest hint of existence away of each and every woman you try to be with until you decide to come back to me!" the words wrenched from her chest. A flicker of fury, of menace drowned her eyes as she smiled flatly.
