Ellen seemed to be smiling at Falma who was stuck in the heat of the Estherk villagers' celebrations. Cedric gently smiled, and Lotte was still unable to understand what was going on.

“Please come to Estherk village. I made a golden statue for you and I hope you'll like it”

Falma gave the villagers a futile smile. He could not simply say, 'I have seen it already.'

“Hey, people of Estherk village, what is this Medicine God business? Why do you call that shopkeeper a Medicine God? Is that his name?"

The local workers who did not know the circumstances naturally asked as they could not follow the conversation.

“Well, listen, actually he is!”

“He is over there!”

Through the members of Estherk village, the identity of Falma was instantaneously known.

“That's how I was saved from the Black Death.”

“Please take a look at these goods!”

People of Estherk village showed the goods to Falma. The statue had become a miniature toy. Everyone had one.

“What is that!?”

Then one villager presented the charm to Falma.

“Medicine God Charm, this was created so then everyone can have one.”

The charm was a smaller version of the statue of the god. They attached them to bags, and made necklaces our of them. Falma sighed. It seemed that they are going to mass produce this toy after all. 

“Please do not sell them!”

The Estherk village seemed to have begun to make a village dedicated to a legendary god.

“You are too loud! Line up in numerical order!”

As things were starting to get ridiculous, Adam made them line up as before and restarted.

“I am just a manager. The claim that I am a medicine god is a complete misunderstanding, so please do not misunderstand”

As Falma thought it would be troublesome, thus he denied it for the first time.

The villagers of Estherk village thus did not agree. The villagers did not believe him since his accomplishment doesn't reflect what he said.

Falma gave a speech and stated what the corporate philosophy was and what the long-term goals were. Falma's speech was full of enthusiasm.

“So, Diversis Mundi Pharmacy will protect the lives of people around the world through drug discovery.”

Ellen rubbed her eyes. The speech was getting boring. Many people were beginning to topple over. 

Falma saw it and looked into the eyes of workers who had begun to snooze.

“How are you guys!”

He shouted out loudly.

"Yes!"

The workers shouted back in vigorous voices.

“Well, who is not healthy?”

"Huh?"

The same voices as before echoed back.

“I am healthy!”

Falma pressed his hand against his chest.

“Then I will ask you, if you think you are healthy, please raise your hand”

Everyone vigorously raised their hands.

“Okay! I understand!”

Falma looked at all the workers. Every worker had a name tag with their staff number and name written on it. Falma gazed at them gently and began to write down numbers on a large form of paper on the bulletin board on the platform with great anger.

“What are those numbers for?”

“A game.”

“You may be about to start an incredible climb in position.”

“Are they candidates for a supervisor? Is it a pay raise?”

Workers scratch their heads and spread optimistic speculations. When Falma finished writing the numbers, he stood with the bulletin board at his back.

“Ok, could people with matching numbers please step over there.”

The workers compared their employee number and the numbers on the board.

“Hit, it matched!”

“You passed!”

Those whose numbers matched the board were separated from the crowd.

Falma was inwardly confident in the results, and the announcement was definitely not for a promotion.

“The people who have stepped forward are ones with a healthy body.”

“Eh!?”

The workers were rather gloomy. Only about 30% of workers had come forward.

What this told Falma was that the majority of workers were not healthy. All of the workers had a small health problem. The problems ranged from caries to lifestyle diseases.

The workers who did not make it turned pale.

“Such a farce! I am healthy! There is nothing wrong with anything!”

Falma looked calmly over at the man who protested over the result.

“You have Hepatitis; your liver has an inflammation.”
