One Sweet Life Chapter 32

Surprise! Bonus post for today to mark the FINALE of Anniversary Special! One of the longest post! 

And also the final part of One Sweet Life (一世蜜糖). Happy Ending for our sweet Childhood Couple, An Yin Zhu and Gu Tian Tian.

Chapter 32

Early next morning, it should be afternoon precisely, Gu Tian Tian woke up. An Yin Zhu is gone. There is only one window opened. Curtain drifting due to the wind. It's already afternoon.

Gu Tian Tian think back, she is unhappy. She felt like An Yin Zhu just left her alone after he got what he want. At the moment, An Yin Zhu should hold her until she awake, isn’t it? She felt down and woke up slowly. She will fight with An Yin Zhu downstairs after she washed up.

However, when she open the bedroom door, she smell the food. Gu Tian Tian touched her stomach. She didn't have dinner last night. She don't even know if the pizza delivery came or not. She is starving. She run towards dining area immediately.

An Yin Zhu is wearing the apron. He turned back when he heard the sound. Then he turn back and flip over the items in the pan: "Hungry?"

Gu Tian Tian anger from earlier disappear immediately. She even think that An Yin Zhu woke up early in the morning, bought ingredients and cook is extremely great. He wearing apron and cooking, he is getting more handsome the more she look at him. He brings out a bowl of brown sugar egg dessert, and tell her to finish it. Gu Tian Tian always dislike brown sugar egg dessert, and dislike egg as well. However, she is starving. In addition, An Yin Zhu told her gently so that she could not resist. She obediently bring the brown sugar egg dessert and sit at the dining table, eating it while looking at him.

"Will you treat me nice for the rest of the life?" She asked. An Yin Zhu grinned, "Why? You finally know that I'm treating you nice?" Gu Tian Tian controlled her smile: "More or less." An Yin Zhu turn off the fire and bring out the dishes. There are three dishes with one soup. All of it are Gu Tian Tian’s favorite dishes. While Gu Tian Tian was eating the lamb chop, she doubt herself. It's just spicy lamb chop, however she taste the sweetness. While she was eating halfway, Gu Tian Tian receive the phone call from her father. Her parents are heading to the airport and will arrived in B City around four o'clock in the afternoon. Gu Tian Tian is shocked. She felt very diffident as what happened with An Yin Zhu last night. And her parents is arriving today. She rush through her meal. Gu Tian Tian ran upstairs to clean up, changed the bed sheet, etc. then start chasing him away.

An Yin Zhu darken his face: "I could fetch your parents at the airport in the afternoon which is right in time."

"I can go by myself."

An Yin Zhu grinned at her. Gu Tian Tian silence for a while and her face turned red: "You came straight here when you come back from B City….." She glance at the luggage at the corner and continue: "Not going back home, they definitely would know what happened last night…" An Yin Zhu glanced at her with a smile. He doesn’t bother her any further. He stood up: "I'll back home then. And I'll come to pick you up shortly."

Though Gu Tian Tian say she doesn't want to bother him, but she felt happy inside her. 'Kiss me, then I'll leave." He placed the clothes he worn last night into luggage and use his finger, hinting her to come forward.

Gu Tian Tian covered her lips and clear her throat, pretending nothing happened and head toward him. Then she tip toe and kiss on his lips swiftly. An Yin Zhu hold her back, bend his head give her a deep and long kiss then left.

When they pick up Gu Tian Tian' parents, An Yin Zhu enthusiastically invite them to stay at An's mansion, with lots of excuses, i.e. Mrs. An missing Mrs. Gu, they could have better discussion on their marriage if they stay together, it's convenience since no one stay at Gu's mansion for long time, etc. Hence, when they left the airport, they head to An's mansion directly. When they arrive An's mansion, Mrs. An running out from kitchen in her apron. She hold Mrs. Gu immediately and ask her questions non stop. On the other hand, Gu Tian Tian was dragged by An Yin Zhu to his bedroom.

"I want to get marry soon. Engagement is unnecessary, just get marry! We may obtain the marry certificate after two years, if you want to, we can get marry overseas and obtain marry certificate immediately…"

Gu Tian Tian kept silent. Although she is willing to stay together with An Yin Zhu, however they just get together not long ago. And getting marry now, everything is happening too fast. She does't feel like it, "I'm still studying in the university. We wait until I graduate…"

"Is it related with marrying me?"

Not matter? Gu Tian Tian rolled her eyes. An Yin Zhu frowned, pretend helpless and sigh: "Then I have to confess my sin to your parents. Yesterday…to their daughter I did…"

"….." Gu Tian Tian was stunted for seconds, cursed him with anger. An Yin Zhu show his brazen face. Gu Tian Tian couldn’t do anything toward him.

"As agreed, when parents ask our opinion, you just need to nod your head. I'll handle the rest." Gu Tian Tian glare at him with anger. If this bastard ever climb on her bed, she definitely will fight with him!

Before dinner, Mr. An came back. Due to business cooperation between both families, their relationship is pretty close in recent years. As they had not meet for some time, there were a lots to talk about naturally. In addition to that, they need to talk about the marriage of the daughter and son.

Mrs. Gu pulled Gu Tian Tian into her bedroom, wanting to ask about her thoughts: "Do you like him? As you said you always considered him as brother. Then it sound like you are willing, but you showing you're unhappy now. What exactly do you want?"

Gu Tian Tian gloomy answered: "You ask him, just whatever he want…"

Mrs. Gu wanted to continue again, however Mrs. An invite them for dinner. An Yin Zhu is very proactive. Mr. An & Mr. Gu was discussing upcoming nationwide meeting, when An Yin Zhu just went directly into the topic of their marriage.

"Me and Tian Tian decided to get marry as soon as possible. Fix the date by end of the year…" An Yin Zhu told them their plan ie. marry first then obtain marriage certificate later or marry overseas. Both parents haven't started to discuss on their marriage, however they have decided between themselves.

Mrs. An laugh and tease him: "You action pretty fast huh!" Mrs. Gu ask Gu Tian Tian: "Do you agree?" An Yin Zhu pinch on her thigh, Gu Tian Tian silently nod her head. "Though you’re still young, however your father and me are not conservative type. We have been watching Yin Zhu since he was child. There are benefits in getting marry at young age too…"

Mrs. Gu do not have any objection after some thoughts. As it's not easy to find someone with family background that is matching, outstanding personality guy, this is perfect match, of course couldn’t let it slipped by.

The wedding date was fixed. The date was fixed in February. It's the end of October now. Which mean within three months time. Hence Mrs. Gu stay back at B City to prepare their wedding with Mrs. An. As An Yin Zhu is still busy at work, hence he suggest both Gu Tian Tian and Mrs. Gu stay at his house temporary. Gu Tian Tian totally agree, since Mrs. An is here, she think she will be safe from An Yin Zhu. Of course An Yin Zhu is gloomy. Ever since he threaten Gu Tian Tian, Gu Tian Tian ignored him. Gu Tian Tian didn't stay at hostel as Mrs. Gu is here. An Yin Zhu could not go to Gu Tian Tian's bedroom in the middle of the night. He could only take advantage when Gu Tian Tian at university. He drag her to somewhere remote to kiss her and touch her breasts.

Hence, somebody tried to use trick: "You haven’t visited our new house. Although we are not staying there, but you should have a look…" Without any doubt, Gu Tian Tian followed him, and he did that to her again.

"Tonight is Yun Zhe birthday…" Gu Tian Tian is on her way, however An Yin Zhu kidnap her half way to their new house, he did that to her again.

"Let's watch movie during weekend….." Gu Tian Tian doesn’t feel like going, as she feel like An Yin Zhu trying to trick her again. Mrs. Gu and Mrs. An look at them and felt gratified: "It's fine if you come back late." Gu Tian Tian went with him gloomily. After movie, An Yin Zhu kidnap her to their new house, he did that to her again. Christmas eve, An Yin Zhu said bring her out for dating as excuse, he did that to her again!

One day, Gu Tian Tian complained what have An Yin Zhu did to her when she back to hostel. "If you wanted to meet someone else like Senior An who is a great guy, perhaps you have to search through the whole galaxy thoroughly. And you have to fight with all those female who line up three thousand meter long, then only you might able to get him. You’re in fortunate, don't complain!"

Yuan Jing is Gu Tian Tian best friend and also her future bridesmaid. She is showing her envy look. Gu Tian Tian is speechless. She only could think of one advertisement slogan to describe her feeling: You only see my happiness, but you couldn’t see my sadness…..

There was New Year banquet at An's mansion. It's informal wedding engagement. There were lot of friends & relatives. It's a banquet filled with happiness. In the mid of banquet, Mrs. An gave speech with great mood, thanks for all the friends and relatives coming, and officially announced An Yin Zhu and Gu Tian Tian's wedding date.

During her speech, a man rush into the banquet hall and shouted: "I object!" The happy atmosphere in the banquet hall keep quiet suddenly. Both family member were not happy. Gu Tian Tian was shocked as well. Gu Tian Tian was influenced by Yuan Jing with her different style of novel recently. When she heard a man jump in and object, she let her imagination run wild.

An Yin Zhu very angry. He wanted to drag the man out and shoot him hundred times. If he has to tell who is the person he hate the most, that person definitely is Ke Qian. In the previous resident area, there were not only An's famil., Gu's family, there were also more than ten families. Gu Tian Tian was very cute and chubby child and everybody like her. Not only adult, even other children like her. Except An Yin Zhu who always bully her since childhood.

To child Gu Tian Tian, An Yin Zhu was like bad guy who appeared in all the fairy tales. Ke Qian is like her knight who always protect her. Although this knights get bullied by the bad guy, An Yin Zhu. During their childhood, An Yin Zhu not only keep on bully Gu Tian Tian, he has to keep an eye to avoid other bully Gu Tian Tian. He also has to keep an eye on Ke Qian who is is a very busy body, and always getting involve.

The grudge between An Yin Zhu and Ke Qian built up since then, until Gu Tian Tian and her family moved to C City. An Yin Zhu and his family also moved to newly built villa. They also fight because of Gu Tian Tian before parting. Ke Qian head to study overseas afterward. Now he appear unexpectedly.

"Tian Tian, it's me, Ke Qian! You’re not going to marry him, right? Did you forget that he keep bullying you during childhood?"

Gu Tian Tian kept silent. Based on the recent tricks he set on her, threaten, bully, actually he is quite worry about her future… Of course Mrs. An knew Ke Qian. Her face expression back to normal immediately, she smile and explain to everyone that youngster nowadays like to kidding.

An Yin Zhu grinned. Gu Tian Tian started to sympathize with Ke Qian as he soon is going to have some bad luck. "Unfortunately…" He gracefully stand up and hold Gu Tian Tian wrist, facing toward Ke Qian purposely, kiss on Gu Tian Tian's hand. Then, he raise his head facing Ke Qian, smile gently. His show his movement gracefully. However it is very obvious that he is complacent. He smile brighter, speak insolently: "Objection… invalid!"
