Nuwa Growth Diary Chapter 1

SEPTEMBER 4, 2016 ~ LUEN

Hey, I’m back from hell college~~~~~~~~ struggling but hey I got a chap out. Head’s up tho, prob wont be releasing anything else this month OTL. Byeeeeee, off to hell college~~~

Chapter 1: Alright, I’m Nuwa

The Feng Xiaoxiao who was unable to succeed in launching her god powers was quickly dragged away by an ambulance. The shameful thing was, the culprit who had attempted murder unexpectedly dared to follow and hopped onto the car with a grieving face. He pulled Feng Xiaoxiao’s hand and seemed like he had suffered some kind of a critical hit: “Why is it like this?! Why is it like this……”

The man was like this all the way to the hospital, accompanied by a lifeless look in his eyes from start to end. By the time Feng Xiaoxiao had finished bandaging her wound, he still hadn’t recovered. His dazed appearance like he had suffered multiple shocks made even those doctors, who had come in contact with and become accustomed to life and death, somewhat moved.

“You’re the victim’s family member right?!” The doctor sighed with sorrow and comforted: “Fortunately, the main arteries and so on weren’t injured. It’ll get better after recuperating for a period of time. This young lady is all right. The man finally came to his senses: “No, it shouldn’t be like this! Believe me, you really are Nuwa and I’m Taibai Jinxing!”

“……” She felt that he must be Idiot Nutjob (Xiaobai Shenjing)……Feng Xiaoxiao gaze was extremely complicated as she cast a glance in the direction of the psychiatric ward. She tactfully suggested: “Since we’ve already come here, don’t you feel like you should have an inspection while you’re at it?!”

“You suspect that I’m a mental case?!” The man was irate.

“……” No, she didn’t suspect, she was certain.

Feng Xiaoxiao sighed: “I wasn’t thinking that. I just felt that having regular health checkups was a good habit, that’s all……You obediently go and have an inspection. Once the inspection’s finished, big sister will buy candy for you to eat?!”

The man glowered at Feng Xiaoxiao. Feng Xiaoxiao boldly and confidently returned the look. **, as the victim, could it be that she wouldn’t even have the privilege to expose the truth?!

The man clenched his teeth: “I still have other ways to prove it! You can disbelieve me now, but in a moment, you’ll believe.”

This script was strangely somewhat familiar-sounding?!

Feng Xiaoxiao had a somewhat unclear premonition. Afterwards, in the following second, she finally recalled where she had heard those previous words from.

“Awaken, Nuwa!” The man gave a loud shout. He took out an unknown something something and waved it at her.

“Shoot!” Feng Xiaoxiao turned pale with fright. Previously when she had been cut that time, it was also this series of events.

How long can a period of dreaming be?! It was very hard to obtain a precise answer to this question. Based on the difference in the degree of depth when people fall asleep. The proportion of the time spent in dreamland and in reality presented different rates of crossing between them. A pipe dream could be dreamt throughout one’s life, but a disillusioned dream was merely a butterfly that would exist for a brief couple of days. Even more likely, you just saw a certain person’s face and the dream ended.

Feng Xiaoxiao’s dream was only fragments of a story. There was a woman towing a snake tail who was kneading mud people out of boredom. There were two sturdy grandpas coming to blows, causing a quick change in the scenery of the world. There were also the flaming five colored stones burned by the Sun God’s fire.

Each fragmented scene flashed past very quickly and finally became a blade of white light cutting down at her. In addition, a field of darkness emerged, and covered the white snake tail in front of her……

Under the early morning sunlight, Feng Xiaoxiao finally opened her eyes. At the side of the bed, the man who had continuously been playing on his phone then immediately moved his head excessively close: “You’re awake?!”

“……No, I’m sleepwalking.” Feng Xiaoxiao rapidly shut her eyes once again.

Hallucination, hallucination, it’s definitely a hallucination! Right now, she was definitely not at the hospital. Even if she was at the hospital, it was definitely not because of being injured by this thing. Even if she was injured, she definitely hadn’t heard the other person go crazy and state that she was Nuwa last night. Even if she had heard, she definitely hadn’t seen her legs turn into a snake tail right before she lost conscious……

“Since you’re awake, let’s have a good chat. I believe that you’ve already acknowledged the fact that you’re Nuwa.”

“……” They were at a stalemate for 10 minutes before Feng Xiaoxiao finally opened her eyes in resignation. She glared at the man: “Shouldn’t you give me an explanation?!”

The man pulled out a talisman: “I still have one yellow talisman left. I can let you experience Nuwa’s form again. Want to try?!”

“……There’s no need for this. We made that large of a ruckus yesterday yet the hospital hasn’t regarded us as rare animals and captured us to take to the research room?!” Feng Xiaoxiao sighed. She had sat up under the support of the man’s arm and drunk a mouthful of water to moisten her throat before asking.

“The first time changing, one’s control isn’t very good. What’s more, you’re going to lose consciousness immediately and following that, you’ll naturally change back to human legs……” Speaking up to here, the man suspiciously paused for a moment. After giving two dry coughs, he awkwardly turned his head away: “As a result, no one discovered your human head and snake body form. I made up an excuse to explain things and they just left. Relax.”

The man refused to recall how last night, when the nurse on duty burst through the door and found the shredded trousers underneath the bed, her eyes displayed a horrified expression as if she had seen a pervert. Although his eyes were swift and his hands were quick in covering her up with the blanket prior to the snake tail transforming back into human legs, thus preventing the newborn Nuwa Classmate from exposing herself in front of any other person, he was unable to hide the evidence on top of the bed. A portion of the bed sheet was exposed outside of the blanket and had been disheveled by the snake tail.

The complex gaze that the nurse was looking at him with at that moment made the man unable to forget it for the rest of eternity. Particularly after the other side saw the unconsciousness young girl on top of the bed and then turned back. That kind of ‘condemnation towards an immoral person’ expression made him further realize what was despair……

Feng Xiaoxiao actually hadn’t taken note of this much at the moment. She entire attention was already being used to analyze the horror of myths and legends: “Alright, then let’s just say that I really am Nuwa?!” Acknowledging reality actually wasn’t that hard, especially after Feng Xiaoxiao thought of how this was really unlikely to bring about any affect on her life: “Speak. The man who had sunk into depression after recalling his memories finally regained his spirit. After calming his mood, he exhibited an upright look again: “I don’t need you to do such a difficult thing……It’s actually quite simple. I wish for the assistance of your ability to repair the soul remnants within the spell bodies of all the gods in the heavenly court and have the heavenly court rise up once again!”

“……I think, how’s about we go save the world first?!”
