Morning time.

My conscience that was sleeping starts to slowly wake up because of the alarm clock. Still, under the covers, I reach out to the alarm clock and turn it off.

I slowly opened my eyes and check the time. It's still at a time where there's no problem being in bed. I don't want to get out yet… 

I am still half asleep and trying to fall asleep again, but all of a sudden my desire to sleep gets blown away.

"Wake up."

Suddenly a loud voice, and my body being shaken. Turning around, I see Karen trying to wake me up.

"What are you doing?"

Because of my sleepiness, I don't panic‒ in fact, I'm too tired to even respond, so instead, I ask for an explanation.

"It's ok to do it sometimes."

"That's not an answer…"

I was asking for a reason as to why she was waking me up.

Karen looks at me sleeping on my bed on all fours.
