Kazane deceived the adventurers by saying she had used the high rank Dragon Shapeshifting spell to come to help, and she also successfully lowered the Hate in that place by consuming 14 dogeza units. Even including Kazane who went to the rescue, that group had just under 30 people, so thinking normally, they couldn't possibly have defeated that amount. Most people in that place thought so, but they didn't bother to expressly deny it and say that it was an exaggeration. Then the people in that place shouted「OOOOO!!」in response to Naoki's words.

「Then we'll defeat 500 over here. Kill them!」

With that banter, the adventurers headed for the Kobold Riders. Even if mounts and riders were counted separately, there were around 200 monsters facing them. Someone had said that as a joke to play along with Naoki's words. The surrounding people laughed as they headed to battle.

And Naoki also raced to the battlefield with『Fang Blaze』in one hand and the yet unnamed Crystal Dragon horn sword in the other. That style was something Naoki had recently acquired in bouts with Jinrai.

When Jinrai invented his own two spear style, he had studied a two sword style as a reference. Jinrai had said that since Naoki could freely remotely operate innumerable swords, he might also be capable of using the two sword style. Naoki took his suggestion and tried it out, and he could now actually use it.

And the Crystal Dragon horn magic sword was obtained just the day before, so he hadn't mastered it yet, but『Fang Blaze』was already mastered.

However, if he used the Fire Breath here, there was the risk of causing a wildfire. Therefore, he focused his consciousness on controlling the flames and created a giant 2 meter flame sword. Furthermore, the other sword glowing with rainbow brilliance didn't have its ability as a magic sword demonstrated, but its sharpness showed it wasn't an ordinary item. Those who knew the story of the White Party could probably imagine that that sword was made from Crystal Dragon material.

But Naoki didn't play the leading part on this battlefield. Boran, the most powerful member from Kazane's team that had joined them, also fought intensely, but even that was overshadowed by the battle taking place in front of their eyes.

An object clad in lightning and fire ran like wind across the battlefield.

Chasing it was an Earth Core Dragon being ridden by a Kobold King. They ran through the gaps in the trees, and while Jinrai and Yuuko-nee leapt over anything in the way, the Kobold King and mount mowed down everything as they approached to destroy them. That was liable to happen, so Yuuko-nee rapidly turned around and jumped over the Earth Core Dragon to attack the Kobold King.

「Ku, HaAA」

Jinrai swung his spear, and the Kobold King brandished its bardiche, a long handled weapon with a huge axe on the end, to repel the blow. The Kobold King's arm strength far surpassed human ability, so as might be expected, even Jinrai's posture was destroyed after his blow was repelled.

「Yuuko-nee, fall back.」

「Unyan!」

Yuuko-nee immediately separated after Jinrai's words. On the way, Yuuko-nee shot a Fireball at the Earth Core Dragon, but it wasn't very effective. Its hard scales prevented the damage.

And when the Kobold King saw the separated Jinrai, it howled and held aloft its bardiche. Then Kobold Riders rushed at them from all sides.

「Yuuko-nee, I'll leave half to you.」

「Nya」

Jinrai jumped off Yuuko-nee, and they separately started running left and right. The Kobold riders were startled when they saw that, and without being able to ready its weapon, one's Core was pierced by Jinrai's rush.

「You're in the way!」

Then he gigantified his prosthetic arm and pierced the Earth Dragon Modoki it had been riding. Not only the monsters, even the adventurers were dumbfounded by the appearance of the Earth Dragon Modoki whose life was ended by being penetrated from the back through to its belly. But Jinrai got off the back of the Earth Dragon Modoki, lifted it with his gigantic prosthetic arm, then threw it at another approaching Kobold Rider pair.

The Kobold on the receiving end was thrown off the back of its Earth Dragon Modoki by the impact of the collision. Of course, hurling the earth dragon Modoki wasn't done by Jinrai's strength alone, but was a stunt done by supporting the giant prosthetic arm with the auxiliary arms by bracing against the ground with them, but those circumstances were unknown to the surroundings, and the fact that the ordinary human being Jinrai threw a giant monster couldn't be overturned.

「UooOOOON!!」

The first to move after that situation was the Kobold King.

It was probably planning to crush him by rushing with its Earth Core Dragon. Jinrai turned towards it and started running.

Jinrai saw with a sidelong glance that Yuuko-nee was still fighting a Kobold Rider. Judging that he didn't have the leeway to remount, he ran toward the rushing Earth Core Dragon.

Then he narrowly avoided the Earth Core Dragon's charge and cut its leg. Jinrai's spear was the Black Rock Dragon's fang itself. There was no reason a mere Earth Core Dragon's scales couldn't be cut. The Earth Core Dragon howled and collapsed from the damage done to its front right leg by that attack, but Jinrai didn't have the leeway to make sure of that with his own eyes.

「UON, HaAA!!」

「Tch!?」

As though it had anticipated Jinrai's avoidance, the Kobold King jumped from above with its bardiche. Jinrai blocked with the two spears in his hands and was blown away.

(As I thought, this guy is strong!)

Even though he felt his hand go numb, Jinrai's smile didn't die out. He used his prosthetic arm, which possessed strength surpassing human beings, to pierce the ground with his spear and kill the momentum from being blown away. His six auxiliary arms moved to pierce the surroundings, further suppressing the impact.

But that didn't get him out of his crisis. Jinrai raised his face, glared at the approaching murderous intent, and warded off the bardiche coming from above with the spear in his left hand. The warded off axe crashed into the ground, and the lumps of earth it sent flying dirtied Jinrai's body, but Jinrai didn't have to leeway to worry about such a trivial matter.

A knifehand strike was approaching before his eyes at dreadful speed.

「UNuoO!」

Jinrai avoided it with『Weeping Willow』. But he didn't use『Spin』afterwards. He let go of the spear in his right hand and grabbed the Kobold King's flank.

「Gya!?」

The Kobold King howled at the excessive power. But it was too late to resist. Jinrai's right arm was the prosthetic arm made by Kazane. Its strength far surpassed that of human beings.

Then Jinrai immediately pulled to gouge out the flank and internals.

The dog king's scream reverberated through the forest.

Its consciousness almost flew from the excessive pain, but the Kobold King wouldn't allow itself to be helplessly done in. The Kobold King also reached out to grab Jinrai, but Jinrai dexterously repelled that grab with his auxiliary arms and took distance with a back step.

「Well, it would normally be unimaginable. Even I can't believe it. This arm's power.」

His right hand stained with the Kobold King's blood was once again grasping a spear. He had recovered it while he withdrew.

「Yuuko-nee, I'll leave the Earth Core Dragon to you. Naoki, you as well.」

Jinrai raised his voice as he watched the Kobold King grab its bardiche while moaning.

And the voices「Nya」and「Understood」came in reply. Jinrai nodded with satisfaction after those replies and confronted the monster before his eyes.

In front of Jinrai was a Kobold King, the highest rank monster in Kobold evolution. Two meters tall, its whole body was covered in tough muscles, and it had a lion-like mane. The bardiche in its hand was indelibly stained with blood, but that showed that it was probably correspondingly sharp. The blade was slightly nicked from colliding with the Black Rock Dragon fang spear, and a silver glow was leaking from the nicked part. Jinrai predicted that it might be made from the material Holy Clay, which Kobolds could extract from silver.

(This guy was behind the Demon Wolf. The group of Kobold Riders we defeated previously were probably this guy's subordinates.)

Though make such conjectures right now is boorish..... Jinrai thought as he shook his head to expel the thoughts from his head. He should just purely defeat his enemy. Conduct a more pure battle. After that, plunge forward.

He single-mindedly sharpened himself with the thought (I am nothing but a blade.....)

Then the Kobold King started running. Jinrai also readied himself to meet the enemy.

The Kobold King's strength was certainly far beyond that of human beings. The former Jinrai probably would have had no choice but to evade, but the strength of his prosthetic arm could oppose it. Jinrai collided against its attacks with the spear in his right hand and warded off its attacks with the spear in his left hand. The Kobold King was bewildered by the sensation of simultaneously fighting a sturdy tree and a willow, and Jinrai took advantage of that.

The Kobold King was expecting another clash, but Jinrai instead warded off its attack with the spear in his right hand and pierced the Kobold King's right shoulder with his left spear. But Jinrai stepped back while shouting that and pierced its mouth with his right spear. He immediately used the vibration spear technique『Shake』and pulverized the Kobold King's head with one blow.

With everything above its neck now gone, the Kobold King collapsed to the ground with a thud. The surrounding Kobolds cried out when they saw that and simultaneously started fleeing. It seemed they judged their chance of victory had disappeared with the death of their king.

Boran looked at him and asked if they should pursue, but Jinrai shook his head. Going further into the woods was dangerous. They had heard that Yumika and the others had already subjugated the Demon Wolf, so they had achieved the goal of their mountain hunt.

When he looked back, Naoki and Yuuko-nee, along with the now arrived Flame Power and other adventurers, were cooperating to defeat the Earth Core Dragon.

Thus, the two battles with the Demon Wolf and Kobold King ended with victories for the adventurer side, and the fighting ended.
