However, the strength he showed was far more than what they predicted.
The strength they measured previously was that of a fourth level immortal with a power comparable to fifth level immortal with paths that were stronger than the common ones in both universes, which was already quite fearsome, but they understood that their predictions were completely wrong.
The Battle God wasn't a fourth level immortal with a power compared to a very powerful fifth level immortal. He was a fifth level immortal with a power that was more near to the sixth level immortal than to the fifth level immortal.
The matter about his path being imperfect and thus unable to advance was a lie. A lie that fooled two whole universes.
The Battle God had reached that level long ago, but no one was aware of that.
In order to trick his enemies into making wrong estimations of his power, no one was allowed to know of his breakthrough, and he even sealed his true power and memories about it to avoid making any mistakes.
There had been less than a year since that seal disappeared, but he already spent quite a bit of time being alone at that moment.
The seal fading was a proof that the universal war was about to start as it was created to disappear when the barrier between universes grew thin.
However, he still thought that there were at least a hundred years left for the other universe to attack and the numbers of their army also surpassed the Battle God's expectations.
He wasn't able to see the end of the army, but their numbers were of several million. There was no doubt that the other universe decided to go all out against them.
They almost abandoned the original point created to communicate the two universes because the universe creator and Yale's mother used it to cross to the other universe and killed anyone who dared to go near.
Thus, they needed to create another energy, or almost all their army would be wiped out before being able to attack.
Moreover, the strongest experts of their universe didn't dare to move unless ensuring that there would be no danger for them.
After all, they feared the universe creator. His path made that he was the strongest sixth level immortal that they had seen, and both universes had sixth level immortal as the limit, so they didn't dare to be careless.
Despite the army's shock, they rushed towards the place where Yale's group disappeared because they notice that a separate dimension appeared there.
Although the Battle God was known for being bad at the control of Time, Space, Life, and Death compared with the rest of Essence, that was also a lie.
He just wasn't able to fuse them properly to advance to the fourth level immortal, but he added them advancing to the fifth level immortal.
Leaving aside sixth level immortals, the Battle God was confident in being the universe's number one in all the rest of Essences, which level surpassed by far that of what the Essences wielded.
Of course, there was an exception with Time because Yale as a Timeless Sovereign was above him despite not being a sixth level immortal, but there wasn't such problem in any other Essence that could serve to battle.
As for crafting essences, he mastered them all a long time ago, but he wasn't too fond of them nor had any idea of how to improve them.
The dimension he created was different from the inner worlds. He didn't even have an inner world.
That dimension could be created at any place, and it would limit those who could enter based on the limit level set by the Battle God.
When he created that dimension, he set it at the strongest power that Yale used while defending on the attack to ensure that Yale would be expelled after recovering.
Not even a sixth level immortal would be able to enter that dimension by breaking the rules. The only way to destroy that dimension from outside was killing the Battle God.
The downside was that anyone who met the conditions could enter that dimension, but anyone who met the conditions wasn't someone impossible to defeat for Yale's group and the battle God didn't think that there were such a weak people among the army.
Even if there were, he believed that they wouldn't be a lot.
Those restricting dimensions weren't something that strange to see, but usually, it was needed a lot of effort and resources to create them, and although it was impossible for those stronger than the limit to enter, breaking them was still possible.
Thus, although the Battle God's dimension seemed similar to those, its quality was at another level despite being created almost instantaneously.
Most of the army was rushing towards the Battle God and that dimension, but there were also several groups going to other directions hoping to spread through the universe.
That was the outcome that the Battle God wanted to see the least, but although he was killing thousands of enemies in each hit, they were far too numerous, and he was only one person.
He failed to predict that the other party would really go all out and send millions of experts.
When the Battle God was about to sigh, those trying to spread from the universe stopped as if they hit an invisible wall.
"The fish is in the net."
A voice laughed maniacally while saying those words and, in an instant, thousands of people died while a man appeared grabbing a member of the army by the neck.
"You dared to harm the Yale of this era, so I don't mind giving you a tortured course before killing you. If I weren't so busy, I would have done it personally."
The man instantly died, but his soul was cursed exactly like Yale's sword cursed those cut by it. The difference was that there wasn't any weapon on Alter Yale's hand. He didn't need a weapon to cast that curse.
Both, the Battle God, and the army were shocked by seeing Alter Yale there.
His power was clearly similar to that of the Battle God, and a lot of them saw that he looked exactly like the guy who was killed before.
The Battle God was the most shocked of all.
