"There might be talk if you leave Danzhou for too long," Fan Xian said worriedly instead of hurrying to discuss problems of the second palace treasury.

Although Fan Jian had already retired, looking at how the Emperor had borrowed another's sword to kill a hundred Tiger Guards, it was clear the Emperor did not particularly trust the friend with whom he had grown up.
