Dead silence reigned the hall.

Everyone turned and looked at Murong Xiyi.
“Murong Qingyan, stop slandering me,” Murong Xiyi wished he could finish Murong Qingyan right in the hall, “I'm just stating the truth, you tell me, why did we find your jade pendant in the Treasury?”
“Master, and all the Elders, isn't it ridiculous to convict me just by a jade pendant? I need some more convincing evidence.” Murong Qingyan stood in the middle of the hall, she sneered at Murong Xiong, “And as for the Spiritual Treasure, it's mine.”
“You are courting an early death.” Murong Xiong felt provoked, he was more furious, “I've given you a second chance already and you refused to take it, guards, arrest her now.”
Murong Xiong also knew it was a bit arbitrary to just convict Murong Qingyan by the existing evidence, but so far Murong Qingyan was the only suspect, plus he had always loathed this black sheep in the family, he decided he might as well make use of this opportunity to get rid of her.

“I won't stay in your family even though you decide to let me go!” Murong Qingyan said this with indifference, “But there's one thing I should point out, it's not I'm being driven out, I am renouncing you on my own initiative!”
She didn't appreciate Murong Rui for pleading her, she found that hypo-critic, if Murong Rui really believe in her innocence, he would have spoken up for her from the start.
Murong Xiong lifted his hand and ordered, “Guards, tackle her! Then go search her place and find the Spiritual Treasure! I will evict her from Murong family after I wipe off her Dark Power.”
That was Murong Qingyan's final judgement!
No one said anything even though they all found it arbitrary, but the fact was the Recovery Elixir was stolen and Murong Qingyan who was severely injured healed herself just within several days and her jade pendant was found in the Treasury! They needed someone to take the charge, and this only suspect happened to have a Spiritual Treasure, why not?
