Book 2 Chapter 3.2 – Assassin Organization

“Mu Yi, of course I took care of your underground identity. I, Old Jack, still have some status within the Underground Boxing Arena!” While speaking, Old Jack’s hands revealed a card around the size of a credit card.

“This is your ID within the underground world, as well as your VIP membership card to Grand Kaili Restaurant. With this card, you are now an official member of the underground world. Your information is recorded in there, and currently, you are a high division boxer. Oh! My dear Mu Yi, don’t worry, your strength is something I understand fully and you are definitely a top division boxer. However, there are rules within the Underground Boxing Arena, and high division is the highest you can be upon entering. No matter how powerful you are, only after experiencing thirty fights could you become a top division boxer.” Old Jack was scared that Li Yang would get angry and quickly added.

Surprisingly, Li Yang merely smiled as he took the seemingly ordinary card. Li Yang definitely knew how important this card was, and without this card, it was impossible to carry out his plan.

“Old Jack, the Underground Boxing Arena’s rules and regulations are something that I clearly understand. Each individual can enter into either the low, middle, or high division, however one cannot immediately enter the top division. Only after fulfilling thirty rounds could they ascend to a higher division, and of course, this is all on the premise that the fighter is still alive,” said Li Yang to Old Jack.

When Old Jack heard this, he immediately smiled. He feared that since Li Yang was new, he wouldn’t know the rules and regulations of the Underground Boxing Arena. Since Li Yang already knew, there was no longer any need for him to be worried.

Was it possible that the Italian Mafia’s assets totaled to over a trillion dollars?

No one knows, because they are simply deep and incomprehensible. They are giants within the underground world, and who could truly claim to know everything about them?

In short, these giant powers within the underground world far surpassed those firms who had only been in development for a couple dozen years, and they were at a level in which others could only dream of reaching! Gates? You tell me, can someone who has only made a few dozen years worth of money compare to a family who has rampaged over Europe for over a century? Moreover, behind their backs were the powerful Italian Mafia.

At eight in the evening, the Manhattan lights shone brightly and with extraordinary splendor. Brilliant colors filled the streets, and countless tourists were strolling through them. New York at night time was quite fascinating, however, Li Yang who was dressed completely in black was actually the one who drew quite a bit of attention. “Sir, please show your VIP card!” A good-looking blonde woman bowed while speaking, and from her insight, she could tell that Li Yang was not an ordinary person.

Li Yang glanced over the alluring entrance and took out his VIP card, which doubled as his ID card within the underground world.

The young blonde woman extended the device in her hands, and when Li Yang’s VIP card touched the monitor on the device, a small green light lit up. The young blonde woman immediately said in a sweet voice, “Welcome honorable mister!” The young blonde woman knew that those who entered Grand Kaili Restaurant were not ordinary people, and she would obviously try her best not to offend them.

Li Yang took back his VIP card and entered the lobby of the restaurant.

Within the lobby of Grand Kaili Restaurant, there were some newly developed IBMT99 computers that had not yet appeared on the open market. When Li Yang saw these computers, a smile appeared on his face. He immediately walked towards a computer and touched the screen. Immediately, a map of the underground world appeared.

New York’s underground base was precisely located under Central Park, and a single floor covered roughly thirty hectares. The New York underground base had a total of two floors. The higher floor was the headquarters for the Underground Boxing Arena and had roughly a dozen boxing stages. The floor below it was divided into two parts; one part was reserved for the Assassin Organization’s general headquarters, and the other half made up the world’s biggest black market auction.

“It should be through this hallway.” Li Yang still remembered the map he pulled up on the computer earlier.

Li Yang walked through the hallway, and ten different elevators appeared in front of him. Li Yang took one down to the second floor. The underground world’s second layer was extremely spacious, and this applied even more so to the Assassin Organization’s portion. There were very few people here, and only a few service personnel walked about.

“Welcome to the general headquarters of the Assassin Organization. I’m not sure whether sir wants to issue a mission or to receive one?” An ethnically mixed beauty spoke to Li Yang.

A fierce expression hung on Li Yang’s face. “Obviously to issue a mission!” The mixed beauty immediately replied, “Sir, come with me!” Shortly after, Li Yang followed the beauty into a room with a screen hanging on the wall.

“Sir, please insert your VIP card into the slot! The computer will tell you what to do after that,” narrated the mixed beauty. Li Yang immediately inserted his VIP card, and inputted his request into the displayed page.

Clacking noises sounded from the keyboard, and Li Yang’s mission was sent out.

“Within the Holy Forest Group, kill any directly related clan members. Each death will be rewarded with a million dollars! Mission duration time, indefinite!”
