The Training Hall of the {D x D} alliance was big . . . actually; the training hall was made in a spatial dimension that is why . . . it had the size of hundred football fields, combined .
At the centre of the training hall . . . Merlin teleported Issei, Zorro and Issei's parents .
Merlin pushed Issei farther with her magic and covered her and the rest who got teleported with her, in her [Perfect Cube] .
'[Perfect Cube]' is a spell, that no matter who is the opponent . . . this cannot be destroyed, unless one knows how to . . . this spell is strong enough to bind Great Red as well . . .
Issei was screaming in pain . . . his limiters were slowly breaking . . .
Merlin noticed this she instantly used communication and brought, 'Brain' . . . who is none other than Tatsuya, inside the cube . . . he received a shock that why suddenly he got teleported here, Merlin quickly explained everything to him . . .
"Those [Limiters] are breaking, I cannot do much . . . but I will make sure that the [Restrainers] on his left arm does not break" Tatsua speaks in a firm voice, then suddenly screen, multiple of them appeared in front of him, and he started typing . . .
By now all of the [Limiters] were broken, only the three [Restrainers] remain, on his left hand that is . . .
Tatsuya did his best so that those [Restrainers] don't break . . .
"What power does that [Restrainers] retain?" Issei's father asked, watching his son in so much agony . . .
Merlin replies, "I do not know, only this person, 'Brain' and the founders know what power those [Restrainers] hold" Merlin then points towards Tatsuya, both the parents expected answer from him, to which Tatsuya only said . . .
"The top three founders, Issei Hyodo, Tojo Basara and Tenma Unomia . . . have special three [Restrainers] on them, which hold back the most deadly powers they don't want to use . . . if you want an example, then if they go all out . . . there will be no Realm System"
Tatsuya speaks, but continues at full speed to make sure that those [Restrainers] do not break .
Both the parents receive heavy impact, power to destroy the entire realm system . . . just how strong are these top three founders . . .
Issei's cries increased further, and then twelve devil wings came out from his back . . . not just that, twelve white angel wings came out as well . . .
His left eye that turned white glowed brighter and his right eye which turned black looked deeper . . . the pressure kept on increasing . . .
At that moment, the black-bat devil wings and the white-angel wings shattered . . . they broke, and disappeared, the spectators only witnessed what was going on . . .
Issei's clothes disappeared, his body turned red in colour, pure red it was radiating aura which was too much strong . . . his hair till shoulders, now became long till this feet, all of it was red . . .
His face was no longer visible, it had turned completely red as well, it was glowing . . . his whole body was glowing . . .
Then slowly changes appeared, his left eye glowed white . . . his right glowed black . . .
The figure that currently formed, was levitating and slowly around the radius of two kilometres, black shadow appeared circle in shape appeared, it was emitting smoke .
The next thing was behind his back a circular, quiet huge one . . . a white halo formed, which was pitch white in colour and white thunder ran through it .
Then a green orb appeared at centre of Issei's chest and three small, really small red dragon spirits revolved around his figure . . .
This was his current form . . . the area near was being destroyed, and it even reached to the point where the [Perfect Cube] was present, Merlin instantly teleported back . . . but she could feel the pressure, she won't be able to take in any more . . . suddenly, the new Issei figure spoke . . .
His voice echoed, it actually contained destruction in his voice . . . so much that even the [Perfect cube] began to crack . . .
Without wasting any further time, Tatsuya began forming new [Limiters] at the same time made sure that the [Restrainers] are being updated as well and well protected .
Slowly the huge shadow circle gradually became smaller and the halo behind Issei's back disappeared as well, his body stopped glowing red and returned to its normal state, his long hair, came back to shoulder length . . . the glowing eyes, returned to normal as well .
When all seemed normal, suddenly from his back six wings swung out, the wings were gray in colour . . . and the edges of those wings were red, blood red . . .
Issei was about to pass out when he saw or rather sensed something, two figures . . .
