GOR Chapter 271: Just Kill

These terrorists were not unaware of politics.

Japan was an important ally of the US in the Asia-Pacific region. Presently, the terrorists had hijacked a civilian airplane that was headed toward the US in order to negotiate a deal with the US government.

Now that they've caught a high level official from an ally nation of the US, they will have a higher bargaining power. No matter what happened, the US government must consider what would happen to an official of an allied nation.

Even more so, they will need to consider the international consequences of their actions!

"So, what is it that you want to talk to me about?"

The eyes of the female terrorist flickered as she looked at Sawakita Mitsuo.

"I request for treatment befitting our status!" Sawakita Mitsuo said with a seemingly moral high ground.

This old man is a fool!

That was the evaluation that the female terrorist gave to Sawakita Mitsuo.

At a moment like this, knowing how different his identity was, he should have hidden his identity. By actively seeking them out, he would only make himself into a bargaining chip - to think that this old Japanese official would be so foolish.

"I am very clear that the US government had always held a strict stance toward terrorists. In the case where your negotiation with them fails, I fear that it might end up being a detriment for our safety. Thus, I must expose my identity with the hopes of obtaining special treatment from the US government! Additionally, I hope that the US government will consider the international consequences and allow us to safely make it out of this crisis!"

The female terrorist curiously regarded Sawakita Mitsuo and asked, "… are you very fearful of death?"

"I am not afraid of death," Sawakita Mitsuo said coolly. "However, I am tasked with a much more important mission for this trip. Additionally… even at the cost of my life, I must ensure the safety of the VIP who is travelling with me! His identity must be made known to the US government! They must consider the issue of his safety! A tough stance in this matter cannot be allowed! His safety must be assured!"

The female terrorist's heart skipped a beat and she could not help but blurt out, "This trip… VIP?"

"That is correct!" Sawakita Mitsuo spoke with a strict and lofty voice. "The nephew of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan! He possesses the precious bloodline of the Imperial family and is a valuable member of the Imperial family, His Imperial Highness, Prince Akahito [1]! Our trip to the US this time is a private visit made for the sake of inquiring about the Ivy League universities in the US! No matter what happens, his safety must be prioritized!"

A member of the Imperial family? A Prince?

The female terrorist became excited!

Originally, after hearing that she had caught a minister level official from Japan, she thought she had struck gold.

How could she have guessed that she had netted an even bigger fish!

A Japanese Prince!

"Could he be the Crown Prince?" The female terrorist asked with a rather greedy voice.

"… no," said Sawakita Mitsuo. He gave the female terrorist a glance and a hint of a sneer flashed through his eyes. Then, he said in a heavy voice, "Although Prince Akahito is not the Crown Prince, he is the favoured nephew of His Majesty the Emperor. Additionally, he is highly knowledgeable and a pillar of the Imperial family!"

Not the Crown Prince…

Oh well, even though it's not the Crown Prince, he is still a Prince of a powerful nation. That is still an unexpected windfall.

This is like winning the first prize in lottery!

"Who is Prince Akahito?" The female terrorist excitedly turned to look at Sawakita Mitsuo's side. Her gaze moved past the middle-aged man - one glance was enough to tell her that he was just a companion. Next, her gaze came to rest upon Nagase Komi. A female, she probably isn't it…

"This person is His Imperial Highness, Prince Akahito."

With a solemn expression on his face, Sawakita Mitsuo pointed at…

"Son of a bitch!"

Chen Xiaolian swore out inwardly and he raised his head to stare at the old man. Within his head, over tens of thousands of expletives were cheerfully stampeding through his head.

Sawakita Mitsuo's finger was pointing directly at Chen Xiaolian!

Chen Xiaolian cast a complicated gaze at the old man.

The old man abruptly performed a 90° bow and said, "I am sorry, Your Imperial Highness! In order to ensure your safety and that the US government weigh this matter properly, I had to expose your identity in order to use our nation's influence to protect your safety! If you wish to blame someone for this, then just blame me!"

Blame?

I can't wait to just throw this old thing off this airplane!

Chen Xiaolian's face was a mask of red.

Prince Akahito?

Prince your sister! Aka your sister! Hito your sister!

This brother is a pure Chinese man! I'm not some Nihon Prince, damn it!

Still, by now Chen Xiaolian could more or less deduce what Sawakita Mitsuo was trying to do. Although he was unable to fully figure out what it was, he should follow along with the old man.

He gave a cough and made a dissatisfied expression as he stared a Sawakita Mitsuo. He said, "Great Teacher! You were too reckless!"

"Please forgive me!" The old man continued to bow.

The female terrorist assessed Chen Xiaolian.

Chen Xiaolian had a fairly agreeable appearance and looked like a bookworm. The attire he wore on him was also fairly decent, allowing him to exude the atmosphere of a student.

He seemed to be of no threat at all.

Additionally… she had already inspected the old man's documents.

Thus, after pondering about the matter for a little while, she was about 70 to 80 % convinced.

Additionally… this was a huge harvest for them!

With such an important hostage in their hands, the US government will be required to, at the very least, accede to a few of their demands!

"Well then, Mr Prince, please get up and follow me to the front. Since you are a member of the Imperial family, I will allow you to be seated in the First-class seats. Being here does not suit your aristocratic identity. Ha ha ha ha…."

The female terrorist laughed happily.

The words she said sounded nice. However, the real reason she had Chen Xiaolian go over to the front was not due to some preferential treatment.

Considering how important of a hostage this 'Prince' was, it was only natural that they keep a close eye on him!

Chen Xiaolian's eyes flashed. However, he quickly lowered his head, fearful of letting the female terrorist notice the look in his eyes.

Go to the front?

That's very good!

We were just worrying about how to get close to you terrorists. Otherwise, we would have no chance to finish you fellows off at the same time.

You want to personally keep an eye on me?

That's very good!

Even so, Chen Xiaolian threw a baleful glare at Sawakita Mitsuo. Next, he gave Roddy a secretive wink before getting up.

Both the old man and Chen Xiaolian were escorted to the front seats.

"Make way! Make way for the His Imperial Highness, the Prince of Japan."

The female terrorist pointed her gun at the few flight attendants who were being seated at the First-class seats. One of them happened to be Takashimoto Shizuka.

His Imperial Highness? The Prince of Japan?

Takashimoto Shizuka was stunned for a moment before raising her head to see Chen Xiaolian who had a bitter look on his face. Seeing Chen Xiaolian standing before her, the Japanese girl could not help but be shocked.

"Your Imperial Highness?" The flight attendant stuttered out. "Prince? You are a Prince?"

“Shut up, do not talk!”

The female terrorist pushed Takashimoto Shizuka away before pushing Chen Xiaolian down onto the passenger seat. As for Sawakita Mitsuo, he sat down beside Chen Xiaolian.

Shen slowly walked down the concrete platform. He walked all the way until he reached his car. Then, he pulled the door and seated himself inside.

He turned to look out the window. There on the concrete platform, Tian Lie's figure could be seen standing. Suddenly, his figure leapt up as Tian Lie jumped off the other edge of the concrete platform and his body disappeared into the sea.

"Guild Leader?"

The driver who was seated in front suddenly turned around. He asked in an anxious voice, "He ran away?"

"Mm," answered Shen who narrowed his eyes as he observed the sea absent-mindedly.

"But, but…" The driver appeared conflicted and he asked, "Why not kill him? Those who desert the guild should be treated as traitors!"

Hearing that, Shen smiled and turned around. He looked at the driver in the eye and asked in a low voice, "Answer this one question from me."

"… what?"

"Are you the Guild Leader? Or am I the Guild Leader?"

Although those words were uttered softly and in a calm manner, when those words fell onto the driver's ears, he turned pale. He rapidly lowered his head and said, "I… I… not… please forgive my slip of tongue, Guild Leader."

"Since I am the one who wrote down the rules for the guild, I also hold the authority to change them. Don't you know? This is where the fun is at.

"I have to authority to take and also the right to give.

"This is the meaning of absolute power.

"Rules? They all depend on my will.

"If I want to kill, then I'll kill. If I want to let go, then I'll let go!

"Do you understand?"

The driver shuddered and lowered his head. A moment later, he drummed up his courage to raise his head and turn to face Shen. He said, "But… Guild Leader. I am not trying to question your decision here, but… Tian Lie's issue is not a secret within the guild. If this decision of yours ends up causing dissatisfaction to arise in others… for example, the other Inspectors or the Guild Patriarchs…"

"Then let those who oppose me step forward to face me. If they have what it takes to overthrow me, then they can go ahead and overthrow me. If they don't have what it takes, then they should just be obedient and listen to me."

After saying that, Shen's mouth curved into a light smile. He continued with a somewhat indifferent tone of voice.

"If they don't have what it takes to overthrow me but still want to oppose me, then… people like these… just kill them."

Just kill them.

Those words that were uttered in indifference seemed to contain a trace of human arrogance within them!

"Now what?" Chen Xiaolian placed his hands beneath his seat and secretly traced those words on his palm.

Sawakita Mitsuo glanced at Chen Xiaolian.

Then, Chen Xiaolian suddenly heard Sawakita Mitsuo's voice from beside his ears.

The old man was clearly moving his mouth. However, the sound he made could only be heard by Chen Xiaolian.

Secret vocal transmission?

This old man actually possesses this kind of skill?

"There are two fellows in the front side of the cabin. You and I will deal with one each."

Hearing those words, Chen Xiaolian threw a gaze at the cockpit, meaning: There is another one hiding inside the cockpit. It's too far. What do we do about that?

"I have a way of dealing with the one in the cockpit. However, I can only deal with one long-distance one." Sawakita Mitsuo spoke into his ears again.

Chen Xiaolian's mind raced. Deal with one that is far away?

He nodded his head and traced his next words, "I will deal with the female terrorist."

After saying that, glanced around and saw that there were only two rows between the female terrorist and them.

With such a distance, Chen Xiaolian was confident that he could finish her off in one second.

"As for those at the back.

"The one in the middle of the cabin can be dealt with easily. Your companion and mine are positioned close to them. Once they make their move, that terrorist is as good as dead.

"The most problematic issue are the two fellows at the end of the cabin. They are too far away.

"Even if we do succeed in taking out our objectives, the two fellows at the back will have enough time to set off their explosives.

"It's too dangerous."

Sawakita Mitsuo frowned.

Chen Xiaolian silently considered the situation. Then, he suddenly reached out his hand to touch his seat belt.

"Maybe… I think I have an idea."

GOR Chapter 272 Part 1: Come Take A Bite

Time slowly ticked by.

Due to the tense situation, time seemingly slowed to a crawl.

The atmosphere within the airplane cabin was gloomy and faint sobbing sounds could be heard coming from the backside of the cabin.

The terrorists exerted control over both sides of the cabin and prohibited all forms of actions, even the act of going to the restroom.

One of the passengers attempted to negotiate with the terrorists, asking leave for the restroom only to be punched.

Chen Xiaolian had some firearms prepared inside his Storage Watch. He had procured those firearms back in London.

Presently, he was carefully calculating the time.

During this time, the female terrorist had entered the cockpit twice.

Chen Xiaolian could faintly overhear what was happening. It would appear that the female terrorist had begun to negotiate terms with the US government.

However, due to the sounds released being intermittent, Chen Xiaolian was not able to fully grasp the words being exchanged.

"The following is the list of our demands. We want the immediate release of 15 prisoners detained in the Guantanamo Bay detention camp and 6 of our members who were captured in the Libyan warzone. Additionally, your US forces must get out of the area we designated in 3 hours. Make an official announcement that you will initiate a complete withdrawal of forces from the warzone! Get your hands off that area!"

The female terrorist utilized an open frequency to make those demands.

It wasn't long before they received a reply.

The US government was unable to meet such difficult demands.

An intense round of discussion ensued, but the female terrorist was extremely determined to get what she wanted. In face of the US governments attempts to negotiate, she simply hung up on them.

That was more or less the gist of what Chen Xiaolian had overheard. Hearing that, Chen Xiaolian began to feel somewhat doubtful.

The demands for the release of prisoners was something normal in these circumstances. He was not surprised to hear them make such demands.

However… the demand for a complete withdrawal of government forces within 3 hours was obviously an impossible demand.

Putting aside international consequences and the strategies of the US government…

There was no way the government could agree to such a demand. The act of sending their military into another nation was something that required the authorization of the US Congress. Something as monumental as this was not something that could be decided on a whim.

Now assume that the US government did agree to this demand… well, the possibility of that happening was pretty much zero.

But even if they did agree to withdraw their forces.

The complete withdrawal of the military could never be accomplished within 3 hours!

After considering those demands, Chen Xiaolian came to the conclusion.

Those demands were simply made as a smokescreen.

They threw out demands that could not possibly be agreed upon simply to get the negotiations started.

As for the official announcement for a complete withdrawal from the warzone… that was simply ridiculous.

A nation's policy could not be decided just like that.

If so, there were two possibilities.

The first possibility: The demand for a complete withdrawal from the warzone was just the starting salvo for the negotiations to begin. They already knew that the government could never agree to such a kind of demands. Thus, they forwarded such a kind of demand. After it had been denied, they will forward another round of demands. This time, the demands forwarded would be the demands that the terrorists really wanted!

The second possibility was worse: The demands they made were simply a smokescreen. They were putting on an act of negotiating with the US government in order to buy time! During the infamous 911 incident, the terrorists had seemingly started negotiation talks with the US government after hijacking the airplanes. However, in truth, they did not care about the outcome of the negotiations. The objective they had in mind after successfully hijacking the airplanes was to simply smash them into US soil and commit acts of terror! The demands forwarded were pointless. The results of the negotiations were equally pointless. All they wanted was to numb the sense of vigilance of the government forces and buy time.

If this were the second possibility, then this matter would be so much worse.

A bunch of people who were determined to kill themselves was the hardest to deal with.

However, after reconsidering the situation, Chen Xiaolian realized… the US government was not run by idiots. They've already been bitten once after all.

Since he was able to deduce these two possibilities, then surely the upper brass of the US government, the negotiators and think tanks would be able to deduce the same thing.

Unknowingly, an hour had passed.

After the one hour had passed, Chen Xiaolian suddenly heard a roaring sound from the outside. He turned to look outside the window and saw two silver coloured fighter jets fly past them!

They circled about in the sky before quickly flying back. They flew side by side with the civilian airplane, seemingly escorting them.

Likewise, the female terrorist had also noticed what was happening outside through the window. She sneered, moved into the cockpit and reopened the communication channel.

"The US fighter jets have arrived."

Sawakita Mitsuo was seated with his eyes closed, seemingly in the act of resting himself. However, he was quick to whisper to Chen Xiaolian, "These fighter jets should be from the nearest US military base in the Pacific Ocean. They must be either the fighter jets stationed in the US military base of Saipan or Guam."

Chen Xiaolian nodded his head.

He could not help but feel nervous.

From what he had heard, since the 911 attacks, the US government had taken on a much harsher and sensitive stance toward terrorists.

The moment the US government believed that the airplane would be used to orchestrate suicide attacks on US soil, they would likely order their fighter jets to shoot down this civilian airplane in order to avoid a repeat of 911. They would rather have this airplane destroyed than risk having it enter US airspace!

This was simply a choice of a lesser of two evils. Shooting down a civilian airplane would certainly bring about serious consequences. However, the US cannot afford a repeat of 911.

Damn it… if the US fighter jets blow up this airplane…

Chen Xiaolian felt that such a scenario would to be too much of an injustice.

He anxiously listened in on the conversation going on in front.

The female terrorist was furiously speaking out in a loud voice while holding onto the handset.

"If your fighter jets do not leave us in 10 minutes, I will stop all attempts to negotiate and begin killing off the hostages! Remember, we sincerely tried to negotiate with you. If people start dying because your side crossed the line, then the consequences will be on your government's head!

"Additionally, I'm warning you! Among the hostages within this airplane are people of special statuses! There is a high-level official and a special member of your allied nation within this airplane!"

After saying that, the female terrorist hung up.

Chen Xiaolian furrowed his brows and turned to give Sawakita Mitsuo a glance. The old man seemed troubled as he narrowed his eyes.

"Aren't you afraid that we'll be exposed?" Chen Xiaolian traced the words in his palm.

I am not some Japanese Imperial Prince oi… he muttered to himself.

Sawakita Mitsuo smiled faintly and sent a vocal transmission to him, "Unless the negotiators and commanders of the US government have a pig brain, they will never expose that detail. Besides, my identity is a fact. All I did was made up your identity. Even if the US government were to get in touch with my nation's government, the information they obtain will not differ by much. The US government's negotiators will also never reveal the truth to the terrorists. Don't worry about it."

Chen Xiaolian's heart pounded.

Thankfully, after 10 minutes had passed by, they heard a roaring sound from the back of the airplane as the two fighter jets that were travelling right behind suddenly accelerated forward. After circling around, they quickly left the civilian airplane.

Chen Xiaolian breathed a sigh of relief.

"Don't get too comfortable just yet. This doesn't mean that the US government had conceded. The radius of action for these fighter jets is fixed. Even though they came from the nearest US military base, if they end up going beyond their radius of action, they will have to turn back.

"If I have to guess, once we enter the radius of action of the Hawaiian US military base, they will send their fighter jets over once more.

"When something like this happens along the route between the Pacific Ocean to the US, it is only natural for the US military to send their fighter jets to monitor the situation. It is like passing the baton from one base to the other.

"Let's put it this way. Even though there will be a huge international fallout from blowing up a civilian airplane, the US government would be able to endure it. After all, they were simply acting to defend itself from a terrorist attack.

"However, should another 911 occur. That Profound Seagazer will have to immediately resign [1]!

"Additionally, if such a thing actually happens, Profound Seagazer's Democratic Party can forget about winning another election for the next 20 years! Thus, they will never allow something like this to happen."

Chen Xiaolian's mind raced and he heard Sawakita Mitsuo speaking to him once again.

"I do not know what your plan is. However, I advise you to hurry it up! I believe there is a limit to the US government's patience. They will never allow the airplane to make it into US airspace.

"The Hawaii area will be their bottom line. If I am not mistaken, the US government will try to force the terrorists to land this airplane in Hawaii.

"One this airplane crosses Hawaii and gets close to US soil, they will tell them to change the course, otherwise… before this airplane makes it into US airspace, they will shoot it down!

"Thus, you had better act on your plans quickly!"

Chen Xiaolian nodded his head.

A few hours later, the airplane entered the Hawaii airspace.

There was silence within the airplane and even the terrorists were feeling nervous.

The female terrorist's face gradually grew more serious as she patrolled around the corridor with a flustered expression.

Within the past few hours, the US fighter jets have appeared twice.

The first time it happened, the female terrorist had entered a heated discussion with the US government and the fighter jets then flew away.

The second time they appeared, the female terrorist ignored them. She coldly looked at the US fighter jets that were flying outside the window. There was a trace of ridicule within her cold face.

Next, the female terrorist re-entered the cockpit. This time, however, she locked the door behind her and Chen Xiaolian was no longer able to hear anything.

After a while, the female terrorist walked out. She took a deep breath.

Next, she made an odd hand gesture to her companions.

The face on the other four terrorists turned cold and they stood up straight before performing the same gesture.

Chen Xiaolian's heart turned tense!

The female terrorist took a deep breath, walked over and dragged the captain up with her into the cockpit.

This time, she did not bother to close the door.

She picked up the handset and spoke up.

"Now, I will let the flight captain talk with you!"

After saying that, she produced a paper with words that were likely just written and handed it to the captain. She pointed her gun at the captain's head and said, "Read it!"

The captain's face was pale as he picked up the piece of paper. After glancing through it, his face became ugly to behold. He took a deep breath and began reading it.

"I am the flight captain, my name is XXXX… at present, my life is in danger and I am to relay the other party's demands. The demands are as follows:

"First, the fighter jets beside this airplane must leave immediately.

"Second, as per the earlier demand, the members whose names were provided earlier must be released.

"Third, we refuse to land in Hawaii. We request to land in an airport in the West Coast. You may decide the specific location. This is the only concession I could make as a show of goodwill.

"Fourth, after landing, we are willing to immediately release all the women and children aboard this airplane to prove our sincerity.

"You must give an immediate answer to the demands listed above. Ten minutes after this, I will begin killing off the hostages. The flight captain will be the first on the hostage execution sequence.

"From now on, we will be cutting off all forms of communications and reopen our negotiations in 15 minutes."

After saying the last sentence, the captain took a deep breath and abruptly shouted, "Please tell my family, tell them I love them! Thank you!"

GOR Chapter 272 Part 2: Come Take A Bite

The female terrorist was standing beside the captain when he uttered those words. However, she did not move to stop him. She simply sneered and waited for him to finish before pulling him to the side.

"Now, cut off all communications!"

The captain was thrown to the cabin area beside the flight attendants.

Chen Xiaolian threw a glance at Sawakita Mitsuo.

"If you want to do something, do it now. Our time is running out. These 15 minutes would likely be our last chance to do anything.

"I believe that if the US government do not agree with this request, they will take military action after this 15 minutes is over.

"The negotiations have reached a tipping point."

Sawakita Mitsuo whispered to Chen Xiaolian.

Chen Xiaolian responded by nodding his head.

"Can you deal with the one in the cockpit?" Chen Xiaolian traced the words on his palm again.

"No problem."

"All right, make your move when I give the signal."

After ending his conversation with Sawakita Mitsuo, Chen Xiaolian then used his guild channel to contact Roddy.

“Roddy?”

"Well, what should we do?"

Roddy sounded anxious. He smiled wryly and continued, "This senior's been holding back for too long now! If you don't make your move, I'm going to have to wet my pants."

Chen Xiaolian rolled his eyes.

"I have something to ask you. Does your Mechanical Heart skill allow you to control an airplane? What I mean to ask is, if the one controlling this plane dies, do you have the means to pilot it?"

"Nonsense! This senior can control even The Mech! How the Hell does an airplane even compare?" Roddy answered confidently.

"That's good." Chen Xiaolian took a deep breath and continued, "We now have a method to deal with the terrorists in front. The only problem is the two at the back side of the cabin."

The two terrorists situated at the back of the cabin were the only problems in Chen Xiaolian's plan.

Roddy was silent for a moment before responding, "I'm confident that I can handle the one beside me. But those fellows at the back… I can't do anything about it."

Chen Xiaolian considered it and responded, "Since we don't have a better method, we'll have to risk it."

Pausing, he took a deep breath and continued, "In two minutes time, I am going to stand up and do something. Right now, I need you to help with something… be careful when you're doing this but secretly have the passengers fasten their seat belts."

"Eh?" Roddy was surprised by Chen Xiaolian's plan. However, he nodded. "All right, I'll do my best."

"All right, now I am going to tell you what to do…"

After Chen Xiaolian had said his next few words…

There was a look of shock on Roddy's face.

He hesitated for a moment and cried out through the channel, "Damn it! You little bugger! This is a crazy ass move you're pulling here!"

Chen Xiaolian smiled wryly and responded, "We'll have to take this risk. Can you do it?"

"There won't be a problem on my end," Roddy replied after thinking it through.

"You only have two minutes. Make sure to be careful when you act."

After finishing up his conversation with Roddy, Chen Xiaolian turned to Sawakita Mitsuo before making a gesture with his head at the cock pit.

Sawakita Mitsuo signalled back that he was ready.

The old man showed a faint smile and suddenly unfolded his fan. Next, he pinched with two fingers and a very fine item protruded out from his fan without making a sound.

Appearance wise, it was hard to determine if it was made of ivory or jade. It was thin, sharp, white and shiny.

Sawakita Mitsuo then took a deep breath and his fingers moved to form several strange seals and the thin item suddenly transformed and moved down his fingers. It proceeded to flows down his body and onto the floor.

A faint silvery trace could be seen on the floor. However, without inspecting it carefully, one would never be able to see it. It was like a small camouflaged snake or worm as it slithered forward at a rapid pace toward the cockpit.

Chen Xiaolian was surprised… this old man's skill is quite something.

"I am ready to make my move at any moment. Just give the signal, young friend," said Sawakita Mitsuo with a smile.

Chen Xiaolian quietly calculated the time. When two minutes were roughly up, he suddenly stood up and shouted out toward the female terrorist, "Excuse me, lady! I have something to say."

He deliberately spoke using inarticulate English. Additionally, he also put on the façade of being fearful.

The same thing happened to the back of the cabin where the airplane door automatically opened itself.

The terrorist standing guard at the back of the cabin shared Kallahn's fate. Without being given the chance to even shout, he was sucked out of the airplane!

The fierce winds continued to rage chaotically within the cabin!

Due to the sudden change, the entire airplane gave a shudder and became seemingly weightless.

Yet, the intense winds continued raging inside while the roaring sounds of the airplane permeated the air!

Just now, Chen Xiaolian had slammed into Kallahn. The resulting impact then threw Kallahn out of the airplane. However, Chen Xiaolian's body was also situated near the door of the airplane!

Chen Xiaolian's enhanced body came into play as he resisted the powerful suction force.

In the middle segment of the cabin, Roddy was crouched down as he kept his hand in contact with the floor.

With his Mechanical Heart skill, he was able to instantly take over the control of the airplane and forced open the doors!

At the same time that he opened the doors, the terrorist who was standing guard in the middle found himself unable to maintain his balance and he staggered before falling down.

Takashimoto Shizuka's head was stained with blood as her body fell to the floor. Then, she was pulled toward the door!

She had fallen unconscious!

Chen Xiaolian's heart gave a pound as he watched Takashimoto Shizuka fly toward him. She was going to fall out of the airplane!

Chen Xiaolian clenched his teeth. One of his hands let go and shot out to wrap around Takashimoto Shizuka's waist.

The Japanese woman slammed into him, causing his body to shudder once. Thankfully, his other hand was still holding tightly onto the door. Otherwise, they would both be sent flying out of the airplane!

It was then that Chen Xiaolian suddenly caught sight of Sawakita Mitsuo. The old man walked toward him.

Despite the surging winds within the cabin, the old man was able to walk steadily. It was as though the bottom of his feet were able to root themselves upon the floor of the cabin! He took one step after another, each step producing an odd sound.
