Meng Tai's face underwent a frantic change. At present, he still had not completely recovered from his injuries. He was simply not an opponent of General Xiang Yu.

"Good, good, good! Gu Hai, you sure are ruthless! But, if I can't get it, you too can forget about it, you aren't good enough! Hahaha!" Meng Tai broke into laughter as he rose into the sky.

Meng Tai made his way to the edge of the array and left quickly.

"My Lord, why did you let Meng Tai go?" the nearby Gao Xianzhi asked, anxious.

Gu Hai, on the other hand, gave a wry smile, shaking his head. He didn't explain.

As good as the 28x28 Heaven and Earth Grand Array was, its consumption was equally high. In the Xiantian Endgame World, he could summon the mighty army just because he could mobilize the heaven and earth rules. But now, all he had was just the support of spirit stones.

With the amount of spirit stones at hand, he could only congeal Xiang Yu, that's all. Even summoning Xiang Yu's horse wasn't possible, let alone thousands upon thousands of horses and soldiers.

The consumption of spirit stones by the 28x28 Heaven and Earth Grand Array was terrifying. All the spirit stones would be completely consumed after a while, and as such, Gu Hai was unable to stop Meng Tai.

Shangguan Hen and the others quickly cut the chains off of Wei Yang, releasing him right away.

Gu Hai dispelled Xiang Yu temporarily. After all, a terrifying amount of energy would be consumed in order to sustain the cloud general.

"Your humble servant Gu Hai greets Mister Wei!" Gu Hai greeted Wei Yang respectfully.

Wei Yang's eyes had already lost their light. Having been saved by Gu Hai, Wei Yang thanked Gu Hai, bending his body slightly. "Thank you very much, Mister Gu! I wonder if my apprentices are still alive?"

A frown momentarily appeared on Gu Hai's brow. However, Gu Hai didn't hide anything at all, he briefly laid down everything he knew.

"What? Meng Tai is married to Feng Ling? He killed Yue Yao!? Li Wei is in a vegetative state!?" Wei Yang's brow was lined with furrows after listening to Gu Hai.

Gu Hai nodded his affirmation. "That's right. However, I have placed a mask on Li Wei, I had no choice...!"

"Mister Gu, you don't need to explain. I may be blind, but my heart isn't. Li Wei has fallen into a vegetative state because he doesn't wish to live. Idiot! I even wrote that letter to Li Wei, yet he let Meng Tai read it!" Wei Yang's face turned ugly as he sighed.

Gu Hai turned his head, looking down at the chasm. He now had a clearer picture. Below them was a pool of lava, and floating in this lava was a golden dragon’s tail. Above this dragon tail was a huge turtle shell, which seemed to have a weiqi board atop it.

It was this very shell that was sealing the dragon tail below.

However, things weren't finished at that. There was something akin to a bone on the dragon tail as well, exuding a slight blackish qi. The bone was just like a slender saber, albeit made out of bone. The bone saber was inserted into the dragon tail, like a nail stuck into it, rendering it unable to move.

"Mister Wei, I wonder if you can clear up my confusion about the dragon tail, bone saber, and the turtle shell with the weiqi board?" Gu Hai asked, frowning.

"Bone saber? What bone saber?" Wei Yang was slightly taken aback.

"Huh?" Gu Hai looked at Wei Yang, skeptical.

Wei Yang was blind. Gu Hai stared at Wei Yang for a while, dignified and serene. Only after a good long minute of silence did the mood return to normal.

"Bone saber? Impossible! There was nothing before! Maybe… maybe it's from ten years ago!?" Wei Yang’s expression immediately changed after using the time to think.

"What happened ten years ago?"

"Ten years ago, I was imprisoned because of the earth dragon vein, and it was incredibly hot there. However, suddenly there was a moment when a chill wind suddenly came blowing in, it was extremely cold! The cold gale appeared out of thin air as if the gates of Hell had been opened, and through those very gates of hell came a voice!" Wei Yang recalled.

"A voice?" Gu Hai asked, confused.

"Yes! I thought it was an illusion, but it didn't appear to be illusion at all. That voice said, 'Now that the Bone Ancestor has returned to dust, this world is mine! Hahaha!' Then, everything returned to as it was before. The cold wind disappeared as if it had never existed," Wei Yang explained.

An uncertain look was immediately plastered over Gu Hai's face as he stared at Wei Yang for a good long while, as if determining whether Wei Yang was stating the truth or not.

"The turtle shell below is a seal. From generation to generation, my Golden Tong has been responsible for guarding this seal, left by the Grandmaster in the past!" Wei Yang explained.

"Oh? Grandmaster? Was it Elder Guanqi?" Gu Hai asked, puzzled.

"Yes! In accordance with the teachings of our ancestors, the disciples of my Golden Tong can't steal what is entrusted to our care. We have to wait for the predestined friend to appear!" Wei Yang explained to Gu Hai.

"Predestined friend? Who is this so called predestined friend?" Gao Xianzhi asked, perplexed.

"I don't know, and Grandmaster also didn't explain!" Wei Yang shook his head.

"Can the weiqi game on the shell be solved?" Gu Hai asked, curious.

"I don't know. However, I can't solve it, and Meng Tai can't open it, either. He believed I could solve it, and wanted to force me to hand over the way to dispel the seal. I could only pretend to not tell him, and that way I was able to survive until now!" Wei Yang answered, explaining what he knew.

"Thank you, Mister Wei!" Gu Hai said solemnly.

"You have saved Li Wei, you don't need to thank me! I wonder if I can see my apprentice Li Wei?" Wei Yang asked, a wry smile on his face.

Gazing at Wei Yang, Gu Hai remained silent for a while before nodding. "Chen Tianshan, take Mister Wei to Li Wei!"

"Yes, my Lord!" Chen Tianshan acknowledged respectfully.

After sending off Wei Yang, Gu Hai and his team studied the chasm once again.
