"Very well!" nodded Gu Hai.

Watching the congregation of Ascendant Hall disciples leave, Gu Hai squinted after them.

"Throne Master, earlier, Song Qingshu might have been together with them...!" suggested Gao Xianzhi, knitting his brow.

"I know!" Gu Hai said in a solemn tone as he shook his head.

"Yes!" nodded Gu Hai.

A vacant look immediately appeared on Chen Tianshan's face. What do they mean by Song Qingshu was with them?

Everyone left one by one, leaving Gu Hai's party and Buddha Lian Sheng behind.

"Buddha Lian Sheng, thank you very much for taking action this time!" Gu Hai thanked Buddha Lian Sheng gratefully.

Buddha Lian Sheng looked at Gu Hai and said with a smile, "Throne Master Gu, earlier, when I acted, I seemed to see you taking something out of the space in your token. If I had to guess, perhaps even without my help, you still had some way to deal with the cloud beast attack, am I right?"

As they turned their heads to look, there were indeed a few black-robed men with sun patterns on their chests far away, seemingly going to block the huge misty entrance.

"Senior brother, don't listen to his nonsense, they are still far away, we can still rush out!" a Song Jia Sect disciple said coldly.

"Alright!"

The three agreed before they ran towards the misty exit immediately, paying no heed to the black-robed man.

"Humph!" the black-robed man harrumphed coldly.

BANG!

The head of leading Song Jia Sect disciple suddenly burst open.

AHHHH!...

The other two let out screams in fear.

They never saw the black-robed men taking any kind of action, it seemed as if he simply didn't act and their junior brother's head exploded with just a cold harrumph!?

"Get the f**k back!"

"You, you, you, we are Song Jia Sect disciples, our Sect Chief will not let you off for sure!" another Song Jia Sect disciple shouted in trepidation.

Yet again, a Song Jia Sect disciple's head exploded.

There was not the slightest bit of sign, yet the head exploded so suddenly. The last remaining person suddenly fell back on the ground in fear and continued to retreat thereafter.

"Devil, devil!" That man retreated in fear, he was so afraid that the hairs on his body were standing up.

However, the black-robed man didn't give chase. It seemed that as long as no one went out, he didn't care.

The final Song Jia Sect disciple retreated in fear and watched from afar. There were a total of twenty black-robed men with sun patterns on their chest, guarding the misty zone from all directions. Cultivators were only allowed to come in, but not allowed to go out!?

There were approximately a thousand or so people, all of them wearing black robes with sun patterns on their chest. In the rear, thirty people carrying a ten zhang-long coffin entered slowly.

The thousand or so black-robed men who had entered were lead by a man holding a five-colored specter. The leader raised his head to look at the sky.

The thousand or so black-robed men with the sun patterns on their chest behind him knelt on one knee together towards the man holding the specter. Only the people who were carrying the coffin stood.

"His Majesty is about to come out, do you know our purpose for coming here?" the man dressed in a sun-patterned black robe and wielding the scepter asked in a calm voice.

"Great Wisdom King, we are at your service!" a thousand or so men dressed in sun-patterned black robes answered respectfully.

"Find the whereabouts of 'Empress Wa'. Even if you have to tear the whole Weiqi Empyrean Court down, I don't care, I just want you to find her whereabouts for me; otherwise, you are all dead!" ordered Great Wisdom King coldly.

"Yes, Your Excellency, we will fight tooth and nail to achieve it!" the congregation of black-robed men obeyed respectfully.

"Fight tooth and nail? Oh, it seems you still can't understand, His Majesty is about to come out, and if he doesn't find Empress Wa, no one can save you. Even if it's me, I won't be able to save you, I simply don't have the qualification! Only if it's Empress Wa!" stated the Great Wisdom King coldly.

"Yes!" the congregation of black-robed men answered solemnly.

The Great Wisdom King nodded before he turned his head to look at the Song Jia Sect disciple far away.

Although the Great Wisdom King was wearing a hat which had covered his face, that Song Jia Sect disciple could still feel a pair of eyes watching him. He felt as if he was an ant who was being watched by heaven itself. At that moment, Song Jia Sect disciple seemed to have been transfixed, he didn't dare to move. His entire body was drenched in cold sweat as an inexplicable fear gripped his heart.
