Yuan Zhan got up and walked to the entrance of the tent, blocking the sight of the young warrior.

How come the development of a primitive tribe could drill out a disciplined army? Why was the chief of the Hong Tu tribe Called Zu Zhang, and the chief of the Yuan Ji Tribe was called Qiu Zhang (2)? Are they just randomly shouting words or did it actually have some other meaning included?

Yan Mo could not think too hard and could only temporarily put down the issue.

After Yuan Zhan entered he threw Yan Mo to the ground.

There were four other warriors: Yuan Shan, Yuan Diao, the red dates man and a warrior that Yan Mo had never seen before who looked to be in the prime of his life.

After Yuan Zhan entered, he curled his right hand into a fist, at the same time lowered bowed his head and thumped his chest to the chief and priest. After he finished saluting, he stood up straight, looked straight ahead, and didn't even say a word.

Yan Mo realized, inside this canopy all the warriors were standing exactly like Yuan Zhan. Even the expressions were almost the same. When Yuan Zhan brought him inside, no one even looked at him. The chief and old priest were sitting cross legged on top of a one meter high stone platform chatting. The stone platform was raised off the ground with level and smooth stones, the surface was covered with thick pelts.

"Zhan." The chief looked at Yuan Zhan.

Yuan Zhan stepped forward one step.

"That is your slave?"

"Yes."

"From where?"

"Yanshan Tribe, separated in flight."

"Why doesn't he have a slave mark yet?"

"Was hunting. Will tattoo tomorrow."

Yuan Zhan's answers were simple, but the Chief understood his words. He looked to the side at the old priest, Qiu Shi.

Qiu Shi nodded his head and asked, "Do you know about the Setose Thistle?"

"I know."

"Is your slave a disciple of the Yanshan priest?"

"No."

Qiu Shi did not chase the question, he had also met the Yanshan priest and the disciple before. Looking at the appearance of that slave, he was not the same person as that disciple.

"I have questions to ask your slave."

"Yes." Yuan Zhan bent his waist and grabbed Yan Mo who was laying on the ground, dragging him to the front of the stone platform.

Qiu Shi swept his gaze over the teen's injured leg and asked, "How did you know know that weed was called Setose Thistle and that it could stop bleeding? And could also be eaten as food?"

Yan Mo did not dare to raise his head, trembling he answered, "Reporting to Master Priest, this type of weed was taught to me by my father."

"Where is your father?"

"I.. I became separated from my tribesmen. I don't know where they are now." The teen curled up and cowered.

"You got injured?" Qiu Shi asked while knowing the answer.

"Yes."

Qiu Shi waved his hand, ordering Yuan Zhan, "Open it and take a look."

Yuan Zhan immediately squatted down, stuck out a hand and unwrapped the hay and completely wiped off the thistle residue on the youth's right thigh.

Blood immediately began to leak from the youth's leg, the youth's entire body trembled from pain but he did not dare to resist.

Qiu Shi came down from the stone platform, walked to the side of the youth and lowered his hand to examine, a strange smell entered his nostrils.

Inside the canopy only four torches were lit. It wasn't very bright but it was enough for him to view the wound. He only needed to look at the rough idea.

The old priest slightly covered his own nose and saw that the youth's wound did not look like it was bitten. The broken bone inside managed to join together, but the break section was still very clear. Obviously he hadn't started to heal. These conditions matched with what Fei Quan told him.

Qiu Shi straightened his body, towards Yuan Zhan said, "Chop off his leg, this injury is not good. Winter is about to arrive, don't keep a good-for-nothing."

Chop your mom! Yan Mo gnashed his teeth in anger. He was very careful in damaging himself, as a result that old bastard not only stuck his finger and messed up his wound, the nails were old and dirty. If he was an ordinary slave, the leg would grow back inflamed and give him an infection.

      3.  X: I'm actually not sure but I think when they use X it's their version of censorship,             like when we use ******.

Just as a translation note, in China the term Da Ren 大人 is a form of respectfully addressing someone older/more superior than you. The chief and the priest all have the word Da Ren after it to show that when the warriors talk to them they are respecting them. But I can't find another respectful term in English so I'm just using the word "Master". I'm trying to keep all the extra Chinese out so it doesn't get as confusing later on.
